the company write up is propoganda. customer service sucks but they excel in apologizing. website cannot be believed for data usage. looked up data usage, called daughter and yelled at her for being over. went back in and it was ½ of the prior look up. called us cell and after checking it was a known problem that the website was wrong.
they continue to have ok service for phone but anything beyond that — go somewhere else.
