Great Starbucks location! There really isn’t much to say that hasn’t been said about this Urbana Drive-​Thru. The parking lot is very shoddy and seems to be asking for an accident BUT the drive thru line moves very quickly!
No matter the complications of your drink there will always be a barista who can nail it. (AKA thin mint Frappucino)
If you’re looking for a caffeine or sugar fix this location is not shabby at all.

I, frankly, do not understand this particular store. I usually frequent the location at Wintergreen Plaza in Rockville, which is undoubtably the best location I have even frequented; it is just a well run location with a great crew. The Urbana location is awful; slow and consistently getting orders wrong. Drive Thru orders, line orders, and even app orders. The orders are in print; cmon! Why can’t we get this right? Put 6 pumps of classic syrup in the iced coffee. Why am I paying $ 4 for 20oz of wrong?! I only go to the location when I’m not going into the office. Maybe I should just go into the office more!

Always great coming in every morning and my drink is always perfect. They just started mobile ordering which has saved so much time for me in the morning when I’m rushing out the door, and this crew couldn’t make it more seamless. Super friendly, and even when busy it’s not as bad as 90% of other starbucks I’ve been to all over the country. Aside from parking which can be a challenge at times, everything/​everyone is/​are fantastic.

Love this STARBUCKS!!! Not only is it beautiful but the service is amazing, as are the workers. I stop in almost every morning and get a Strawberry Smoothie, no banana add matcha. Sooooooooo yummy and perfect every time. Spoke with the manager (I think) this am (9−23−15) and she was just as pleasent, happy and cheerful as can be. I will continue stopping every morning I have time.

I was not pleased. My family had been on a long road trip and needed to refuel and get some beverages, so YEAH we were going to stop at Starbucks. After placing our order, it took almost 20 minutes before we got our beverages. I don’t understand why people who ordered after us got their stuff first!!!
They were clean and neat, but slower than dirt. Yeah, I’m not stopping at this place again.

Gorgeous location. We stopped here on our drive from the District of Columbia to Chicago. This location opens 430am! Which was awesome for us. There were three young women working and they were very cordial and greeted us upon entry.
The store is huge and immaculate. There are so many different things to buy. The bathrooms were very clean. My food was warmed to perfection. My drink was delicious.
The parking lot is generous too
I recommend this place, no doubt.

This Starbucks is top notch. Parking is scarce, and I mean really really scarce. There are maybe 15 spots, but even those fill up quickly. People tend to camp out a bit, so you may have to park across the street.
BUT, the Starbucks is brand new, my favorite kind. It is beautiful, indoor-​outdoor fireplace, cozy seating and large patio. The small building is divided almost in half with service area and seating.
Starbucks has a drive-​thru if that’s a thing for you. Staff are all new, but a collection from various Starbucks and the Manager is great.
Staff quickly memorized my order and are über friendly. Not a complaint yet, except for the fact that its not listed on Google or Unilocal till now :)
