My husband and I have been AE members for several years. We really like the friendly atmosphere, small and intimate, where equipment is always available. No pressure, no feeling like you’re competing with the person on the next machine. It really works for us.

I started going here after Platinum Fitness went way downhill. The employees are personable and remember your name and it’s never overpacked. It’s a comfortable place to work out and doesn’t come across like a meat factory like some other local places. Fees are reasonable.
