Absolutely Aweful, driver didn’t even get out of his truck, and then when I asked how much, he calculated his own tip, and then said but when I saw the receipt it was way lower, expected a $ 10 tip on a order that was 25 mins late. When I got inside the pizza was literally folded in half inside the pizza box, they charged me for extra cheese on my sub yet one half of the sub had no cheese at all on it, on a sub that was already supposed have double cheese on it. I then called the location back they refused to return my money but they would redo my order, I said to him why would I want to reorder from somewhere SOO bad? He than continously continued to tell me I was a liar and then argued with me. This was absolutely the worse food experience I’ve ever had with anything!!! I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy, NOONEGOHERE!!! I would say NOOOO stars, but it wouldn’t let me

What a putz. Do I want cheese on my pizza? Um, yes. I wish that I could convey how obnoxious the person was behind the counter. I wish that I would have used the restroom before ordering. The bathrooms are so gross that we walked to the supermarket next door to was our hands. The pizza, well it was hot. Other than that, there is not much point in describing it. My suggestion would be to pass Jerry’s by and find somewhere that is clean, even, cleanish, rather than risking wee beasties in your food.

The worst pizza ever. I mean if you like real New York pizza, forget about it! The same for cheese steaks! The bread is horrid and so tough to chew! The weird understanding that a large cheese steak is just a regular 12 inch sandwich. But the cheese fries are on point. Not really enough for the price.($ 3.50). Last resort food

My family and I have been eating at Jerry’s for years and we love it. Last night we ordered two large pizzas and the bread was not fully cooked! It was doughy and chewy. Ew!

Ordered a medium cheese pizza, 2 cheesesteaks, fried jalapeños, and 3 cookies at 4:12PM online for delivery. Only live a 2 miles away. It is now 6:14 pm and I have called twice.

Great experience at this location. Placed my order over the phone and pick up was pretty fast. The location is next to the Giant Food store but overall the place seemed clean.

Don’t go out of your way. The food is edible, and reasonably priced, and the cashiers are pleasant. But the service is poor and, yes, somebody in the back has a big mouth. While I was waiting 15 minutes for an Italian Cold Cut Sub(!), I saw a woman place her order, and then take her children outside so they wouldn’t hear the angry rants. The only reason to go here is if you’re already at the Giant, and even then you might want to think twice. Giant has some good ‘ready-to-eat’ food, and they’ll even cook some things for you.

I’ve been eating at Jerry’s at the Upper Marlboro location ever since it opened up next to Giant food. It has changed hands a few times since then. This is a start up location, usually managed by owners trying to make a buck in the business. Very small location. And like many places during these economic times, it has cut back on the food while keeping the same high prices. I used to enjoy the subs i would pick up here, but they have been sadly lacking for a long time that I never order them anymore. Same with most of their food. A week ago i decided to grab a sub since i was at the Giant store next door. So I ordered my sub and took a seat to wait. And waited, and waited. I eventually went up to the counter to ask if my food was ready. They had finished it a while ago and just stuck it on the shelf. Good customer service Jerry’s, I would have expected the staff to actually TELL you when your food was done and ready to go, not have YOU keep watch on them. Typical response from this establishment, which is why combined with the lackluster food I don’t visit them more than a couple times a year. If your looking for good Pizza or Subs, just skip over this little place, you’ll thank me for it. If its the weekend and you want a sub, just visit the Giant food next door, they have huge $ 7.99 subs in their deli department on weekends, twice as good as ordering a junk sub from this Jerry’s.

Who puts American & Provo on a cheese steak? And why is the owner/manager/shift supervisor/whatever he is yelling so much? And why after I mentioned twice no melted goo American cheese, did they put it on anyway? Aside from the guy yelling, all the line staff were exceptionally pleasant and friendly. Hard to imagine how they keep that up with that boss.

Great for customers, bad for employees The food here is great but never, I mean NEVER work here! I worked at this place for a couple of weeks a few years back and that experience has caused me to say that I never want to work fast food again. I worked 8 hour shifts with no break, either I put too much or not enough mayo on the sandwiches, the floors were never clean enough no matter how many times I went over them, I didn’t receive any discounts on food, and oh, most importantly they never paid me straight up! Seriously, I didn’t fill out a W4 tax form or anything and just simply got paid out the register. I guess my latter point is like the only thing that separates working here from modern day slavery…
