Cvs Pharmacy

This is the absolute worse CVS ever! Service is very slow, customer service is non-​existent and their pharmacy hours are horrible. How can you justify closing a pharmacy at 6pm on a Saturday night!

I completely agree with Curtis B. Every time I need a prescription filled, the line is out of control and it seems that the pharmacy techs are standing around rather than helping customers.
My biggest complaint is that the pharmacy staff is overly rude. They have a poor demeanor towards customers and do not appear concerned about anyone in line. It is possible that the pharmacist a told them to concentrate on another task rather than helping customers, which would be a managerial problem, but it is frustrating none the less. Even if I call with a question regarding my medication they make it seem as if it is a giant inconvenience to help me.
I do have to say that I have dealt with one women there (I can’t remember her name but I will edit this review when I find it) who is always fantastic and on the ball. She appears to be the oldest of the pharm. techs. I don’t want to clump everyone together when certain employees act appropriately.

This place needs new management quick. By far the worst CVS I’ve been too!!!

Really slow service
The store itself isn’t bad, its the pharmacy. There have been plenty of times that I’ve filled prescriptions at this location only to come back to a line that exceeds the aisle! I understand that a lot of people may have to pick up their prescriptions as well but honestly, the line would move a heck of a lot faster if the pharmacists weren’t taking their sweet time and more of them were actually helping customers. You have a line that’s going pass the aisle, 3 pharmacists behind the counter and only one is actually helping people! Things would move a lot faster if at least one more person were helping customers and that’s the sooner they could get back to whatever they were doing before the line got out of control. They are always pretty nice but the long lines do get really irritating.
