My husband and I went in Thursday to get information about changing services. The person who helped us Joshua Coley and he was great. He gave us all the information we needed about the switch over. Spent over an hour answering all of our questions and making sure we were making the right choice by switching over to Sprint. He did this knowing we didn’t plan on buying phones until the next day, Friday and with a chance we might not even come back. He is the sole reason we really decided to switch. Being that he was the face that represented Sprint as a company, my husband and I felt like the switch was a good fit. We felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than a sales rep. Then Friday happened … I know that know that switching 4 lines over is never easy and takes some time and i left my afternoon opened and dedicated to changing our phones over. We got to the 69st store at 10 am thinking we would be all said and done by 1pm. In fact i did not leave the store till 530. I was in the 69st store till about 1130 then had to go to the city ave store and was there for about 90 mins then went back to the 69st store till 530. That’s 7.5 hours. At this point i am sure you are probably thinking i am going to tell you how that ruined my day and i never got the phones or something along those lines. That is not the case. I have nothing but great things to say about the 3 employees who helped me today. I never had customer service like that INMYLIFE! I cannot begin to tell you how happy we were with everyone we came in counter with today. I asked for every person, website or anything else i could write or talk to in order to let them know how happy i was with how i was treated. I am truly amazed. At the 69st location i dealt with Joshua Cole and manager Rafia Riggs. I have nothing but great things to say about both. They made the day both fun and informative and i honesty can say i did not fell like spend 7.5 hours in a store or traveling between two stores. They made us feel like we have been loyal customers for years and they had already invested in us. Rafia made me feel like we were good friends for years. She asked about my kids and really took time to get to know us, our family and our needs all with a smile on her face. Josh was the same. He was amazing. He was the same person he was the day before: the reason we decided to switch in the first place. He needs to be more than just a sales rep. He needs to be a manager or a trainer, something. Really i have never had people help me and make me feel like this INMYLIFE. Mind you 7.5 hours and i do not have a bad thing to say. These two employees need some type of recognition for their customer service skills. because if it wasn’t for them i really believe i would have said forget it and stayed with Verizon. Then there was the person who helped us at the City Ave store. Sheryel Bohenek. She was awesome. She helped us knowing that we wanted to go back to 69st and give Josh the sale. She was so helpful and had a smile the whole time. Even when she said i was getting upset, she reassured me that i would not leave there with out everything being worked out. She kept telling me how sorry she was that i had to even come down to City Ave to begin with. She is another person who should be in charge with training in customer services. Because of there 3 people we ported 5 lines over to sprint. The only reason after 7.5 hours i still decided to go ahead with sprint was there 3 people, Joshua Cole, Rafia Riggs, and Sheryel Bohenek. Not the 28 gb of data or the $ 100 bill. It was because of these 3 employees. These people have represented Sprite not because its their job but because they all believed that we were making a right choice with going to Sprite. its a shame that such great people work in such a run down store. i hope sprite is smart and gives the 69st store a make over!
