This H&R Block was not able to help me with my tax related problem. This is not the reason for the 1 star review however. This place gets a 1 star because I had an 11 am appointment and had to wait till 12pm to be seen and then be told that they were unable to help me with my problem. So I wasted an hour of my time to be told they were unable to help me with certain tax forms because they were not electronic and H&R block does not have the ability to fill out non-​electronic tax forms even though I was more than willing to pay the hourly rate and I had used H&R block online do to my taxes.
So in short — do not go here unless you don’t mind waiting long after your pre-​scheduled appointment time.
