I spoke to an artist about designing a memorial tattoo. He sketched something up and we set an appointment for the following week. The night before he text me saying the owner cancelled my appointment because they were running a class. I had already prepared childcare but I agreed to reschedule. We set a second appointment and again the night before he text me and cancelled my appointment. He did not reschedule this time and I didn’t hear from him again for almost a week. I had to pay childcare cancelation fees and never got my tattoo! Horrible customer service!
