Always a good experience and reasonable prices. They are sometimes booked so call ahead to make an appointment.

This is a wonderful little place. The husband and wife who own the shop are kind, funny and wonderful people. They consistently do quality work and I would never go anywhere else to have my nails done.

I’ve always been pleased with Happy Nails — bright, friendly, efficient. I do suggest calling ahead especially for multiple services or a group, and always on weekends.
The place is clean, the people are very personable — the owner or his wife are always present — and the prices are reasonable.
My best tip — check out the polish change. It’s only $ 8 and it’s nearly as good as a full mani.

Plan ahead and book an appointment. I have to because they’ve gotten so busy! I feel bad for the people they can’t see as walk-ins…usually they can get you later the same day and it’s always worth the wait.

I received a gift card from my daughter a few years ago. I have been going there ever since. I stop by for just a color nail change or a full mani and pedi. The prices a very good and the people are very nice. They have my vote and business’. :)

I have been to many salons over the years and for the last 2 years, I only go to Happy Nails. They are friendly, not pushy, efficient and well priced. The salon is clean and bright with nice music. I mostly go for pedis but recently I had a gel mani and just love it. I suggest making an appointment.

I made an appointment with my cousin to get a mani/​pedi but unfortunately a group came in just prior to us and they were mistaken for our group. We were understanding a waited, but because of the delay I was unable to complete my manicure. I had to head to work. I went ahead and payed for both a manicure and pedicure with the plan to return the next day. After finding child care again, I returned and received my manicure. I asked to get my nails buffed instead of painted and the nail tech informed me it would cost $ 5 extra. I asked if we could call it a wash because of the inconvenience at which point the manager/​owner said that I only made an appointment for a pedicure. She flat out called me a liar. Needless to say i refused to pay extra. The technician was very wonderful, however because of my experience I will never return. I will also never recommend this nail salon.

There was no air conditioning and that– my loves– is disappointing on this 75+degree day. This is a no frills strip mall drop in place. It’s fine but I probably won’t be back b/​c I know of similar places for the same price that are much nicer.

Whenever you need a quick mani or pedi, do your paws a favor: make ‘em Happy and come to Happy Nails and Spa.
I can’t speak much to the ‘spa’ aspect, but as a strip-​mall nail salon pit-​stop, this is the best one I’ve ever been to. I’m not comparing this to a high-​end destination spa, but if I were to make such a comparison, I would note that you will pay less than at an appointment-​only place and your results will last just as long, if not longer.
As an example, my digits are still looking great after 2 weeks. And I’m wearing cherry red. Yes, I’ve even cleaned a bathroom or two in that timeframe.
If you want an even longer-​lasting mani, they offer acrylics, gel/​shellac treatments, etc.
It is also cleaner than most walk-​in nail spots. Not just cleaner, but with a modern sense of ambiance. If you’ve been to the nearby CK Nails, you will appreciate this improvement. The pedi area has cute little child-​sized chairs with personal DVD players for your little divas.
Besides the convenience, pricing, and physical environment, the technicians here are very friendly and really care about their clients. They won’t press you to talk if you don’t want to, but the conversation will flow if you’re in the mood to chat. One of the techs has an incredible memory for names and stories. She remembered that my parents came in the week before (my dad occasionally likes to get a pedi… A new development after years of pressuring him and letting him know it would be okay). She always remembers what’s going on with me, and I’m amazed every time. I don’t go more often than once every three months or so (though now I’m thinking I should go more often! It’s usually an emergency a la Elle Woods).
There won’t be any Bend and Snap tutorials, and no UPS deliveries that I’ve seen, but give it a try anyway. Plus, it’s not far from 315 in North Arlington… easy access!
