Great little breakfast joint. My husband and I enjoy their omelets and sit outside when we can. The service is usually great but even when it’s not perfect — it’s not a big deal because the servers are very nice and caring. There is one server that actually remembers our order. We no longer live in the neighborhood but still visit whenever we can. Worth the trip if you’re not hung up on picky details.

Greek To Me would get four stars, maybe five if I was only basing the review on the food. However, this review includes service and for that the get three stars. The wait staff is super friendly, but there aren’t enough of them to run the place. On a busy Saturday/Sunday the place needs 3 people. Ok, now let’s get to the food. Their breakfast is very diner like, but without the copious amounts of grease you will find other places. The bacon is perfectly cooked and not too salty — love it! And their pancakes… oh my, they are light and fluffy. Go to Greek To Me and try out their tummy food, but maybe on a weekday.

I had a great Greek salad here today for lunch with my co-workers. I know this sounds funny but I don’t like feta cheese which I think is like the main ingredient to any Greek salad. I would recommend for the restaurant to use less oil with the Greek salad, it just seems too soaky with all the vegetables and so much oil. The hours here are 7AM– 3PM so mostly it’s a breakfast and lunch diner. I really want to come back for breakfast soon just to try their Greek omelet. I heard it’s delicious from one of my co-workers. The prices here are very reasonable and so know I’ll be be back soon and hopefully with my husband because I really want him to try this place. I like when he tries new places.

Nice little joint in strip on the corner of Reed and Henderson. It has a simple and clean dining area, small though, so don’t come with a group more than four. Consider this review incomplete as I ordered breakfast, hotcakes with a side of sausage, and have yet to try its Greek fare, which is its basic culinary theme. I will edit once I try their gyros. As for this trip, it was alright. The hot cakes were good, points for the blueberries being imbedded and not a sauce glooped on top. The sausage was a patty and was juicy, cook just right. The coffee though was subpar. It wasn’t strong enough, a bit water down, but did have good flavor, it was Arabian. The service was inconsistent. There was two waitresses and they hustled as the Sunday morning brunch crowd rolled in. They were friendly. But my waitress made two of my service pet peeves: One, she failed to refresh my coffee more than once; Two, she took too long to hand me the bill, which means I was stuck there waiting as other parties sneered and waited. This is my worse annoyance and it almost made me angry. I hate not being free and I felt like a tiger locked in a cage. I felt like singing«when Moses was in Egypt land, let my people go!» But I do like servers, they work hard for little, and generally do a tough job with a smile. So I’ll look past this once. Other than that, it’s a nice shop. Will review it again after trying some Greek plates.

Simple unassuming diner in a strip mall. Great for a quick straightforward breakfast. Eggs, hash browns, and pancakes were cooked just right. No complaints here!

Right around the corner in my neighborhood. Shame on me for waiting — AWESOME food. Small place, so you may have to wait a few minutes… BUT, so worth it! Great job Greek To Me!

My fiancé and I came here for breakfast this morning after reading about it in Breakfast with Nick, a book about breakfast in the Cbus area(among other places). It was legit! I had the Gyro Omelette and she had the Greek Omelette, home fries come with and are really good, nice and crispy and toast and as well. The service is super friendly, it is a family owned place and the menu is very good, looking forward to trying it for lunch sometime soon!

I have been working in the area so I decided to stop in and give them a try. I had the gyro, very good, it however could have used a bit more taziki sauce, but I enjoyed it the way it was. The fries were excellent, I had read reviews knocking the quality, I was there during lunch and they were fresh, hot and crunchy, just the way I like. The service was excellent, I was greeted when I entered the door and they even said goodbye and have a great afternoon when I left. I would recommend this establishment if your in the area, the prices are good, serving size is good and service is great.

I love this place. They have a great breakfast special for about $ 4 and the staff is really friendly. The desserts are amazing also. If you are not sure about a soup they will give you a sample. The place is always clean and cheerful.

My first time eating here, I had the gyro omelet with hash browns. It was delicious and unique. Family-owned, the staff of extended family members go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied in this diner-style eatery. The prices are very reasonable, the portions are quite generous, the service is outstanding, and the food is wonderful.(Love their Tzatziki!) This is fast becoming one of my favorite places to eat. Nothing beats sitting on one of their outside tables and enjoying a leisurely meal on a late morning or early afternoon weekend! I appreciate that both breakfast and lunch options are available from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a full variety of home-cooked traditional Greek fare and standard American favorites.

The gyro meat is amazing, definitely better than other Greek restaurants in the area. Everything is homemade too — from the pastichio to the mousaka to the baklava. The owners are ACTUALLYGREEK and the staff is super nice. Definitely worth a try or two!

You couldn’t find a better place to be. This casual, inexpensive place has high quality food, both ethnic and«standard» fair. The owners work so hard to make it a great experience for you.(We attended a private event that they catered. I cannot express what a great value we got for quality of food and service!)

We finally got around to trying Greek To Me for lunch, after a few attempts to try it right after it opened were foiled by their early closing hours early in the week. I want to give this place 3 stars, but honestly it’s in between two and three. If I had to describe it in as few words as possible, «Meh» just describes the place way more than«A-OK», thus the two stars. The small dining room with maybe ten to twelve tables is bright and clean with flowers in the windows providing a nice inviting atmosphere. You walk up to a counter to place your order, which is then brought to you at your table. Service was fast and friendly, but from there it was all down hill. I had a Gyro on pita and the only thing that was any good about it was the Pita. The tatziki that others have praised added little more than a creamy texture to the bland(though not greasy) gyro meat. The hand cut fries, which could have been a meal saver if they were done well; were very soggy. If I hadn’t been starving I probably would’ve just stopped eating and left. Maybe we’ll go back and try breakfast, but given the poor quality of our lunch(which should have been very simple to execute well) I doubt I’d even want to try any of their dinner entrees. Bottom line: If you’re in the area and in a hurry just looking for a fast food fix then this is not the worst thing you could choose. However, if you’re looking for great Greek Food in the Northwest area, try Big Fat Greek Kuzina.

Because I am an ovo-vegetarian, I can only comment on a few items. I regularly eat breakfast here, ordering the veggie omelet. It comes with A LOT of fried potatoes, which I absolutely love. And, of course, a side of toast. All for just over 6 bucks. Normally I wouldn’t write a review, but I found one of the other reviews on this site somewhat disturbing. The food is by no means bland at all. What I like the most is that they make their omelets Greek style, which means they are slightly browned. I cannot stand when I get a «wet» or «runny» omelet, which is the norm at most breakfast places. The food here is thoroughly cooked, hot, and tasty. Overall, the owner and his son are extremely nice and friendly… I would highly recommend. The only problem i have had here was an air-conditioning problem. The unit that was installed when they first opened was not working correctly. Obviously, this is an issue that the building owner had to fix. After this was remedied, the place was cool once again… which is essential in the hot summer months around here. If you are looking for affordable, good food without the frills, this is your place.

A greek guy manning the kitchen, a cute dining area, and great prices don’t save Greek to Me from being totally forgettable. Everything I tried was one step from being great, but just didn’t make the cut. The best thing I tried was their house made tatziki(very good), but everything else including their gyro meat and salad dressing were bland. You get an enormous amount of fries with the pita combo, way too much for one person, but they were super greasy and not crisp. So, it’s a real value volume wise, but I instantly regretted my decision to stop there after my first bite. The staff was really sweet and the place was very clean. They also offer breakfast and many non-greek items, which I’d likely try if I am in the area again.

This, my friends, is quality Greek food. Don’t let the somewhat cheesy name fool you, the proprietors are really Greek, as is the food. As of now, the focus is on sandwiches and breakfast, but I overheard the owner saying that they were planning on expanding the menu if business goes well. I had the traditional gyro with a side of fries and spanakopita. The gyro is excellent. The meat is tasty and 0% greasy, a which is a problem that plagues many local gyro joints. The tzatziki is perfectly tangy with the proper herb undertones, and the pita was hearty, warm and didn’t have a single crack. The fries are fresh cut every morning and are really, REALLY excellent. They’re somewhere between a standard fry and a steak fry in size and doneness, and you really shouldn’t miss them if you come here. The spanokopita was also on point, albeit a little dry. Also, for what it’s worth, a friend who dined with me, who, as a kid, had a best friend who was Greek, said that the food compared favorably with his friend’s grandma’s cooking! Oh, and the owner is ridiculously nice, and gave me free cookies his mom baked at the end of the meal!
