Came here at 9:30am on a Friday morning. Door was open, I walked in and the shelves were empty and the lights were off. I asked the owner — do you have any donuts? She said«no donuts.» Again, this is 9:30am and the sign on the door says they’re open until 2pm. What???

Let me simply say wow! Got there right before closing and the donuts were still incredibly fresh. We chose a maple, chocolate, and a sprinkled donut all of which were fantastic. The apple fritter was also perfectly cooked with just the right amount of filling. As others have said this is a cash only place but the couple has their prices set so reasonably it does not take a lot of cash to get your fill. Place can be hard to see from the road. Look for the Outback Steakhouse and you will find no problem!

I’ve been coming here since I moved into Upland(over 20 years now) they have THEBEST hot Ham & Cheese Croissants! also this place is Cash Only and they have their fair amount of beverages — Snapples, Gatorade, Bottled Water etc. The offer muffins, cake donuts, sweet cream cheese filled croissants you KNOW! your standard Donut shop faire. I will also say that the donuts are good to… I am particular to their Boston Cream and Maple Bar those are THEBOMB! :) Coffee is(I think) Farmer Bros. always tasty and fresh. Owners are very nice too and they remember Christyl(Lil Bit) after all these years I started coming here with her when she was first born now she is 21 and she LOVES this place too. I’ve passed by this place so many times and always later in the day when they’re already closed. I called to see if they were still open, which they weren’t, but the owner was kind enough to stay open for me to arrive. The place is quaint and cozy and the owners are a cute little couple with big smiles. The donuts were tasty and so was the coffee. Definitely coming by again soon!

The best donut shop I’ve ever been to. Their glazed/twist donuts are the biggest I’ve seen, and at such a good price. You HAVE to try the ham and cheese croissants! They’re AMAZING. I usually ask for mine microwaved a little so the cheese is a little bit melted. The cream cheese muffins are to die for. Their donuts fresh daily, so they’re super warm and soft in the mornings, but still tasty when it comes to the afternoon before closing. On the weekdays it gets packed in the morning, so if you’ve got a couple of minutes, definitely come here. They sell drinks and sodas such as water bottles(of all sizes), milk(small or large), orange juice(small or large), Dr. Pepper, Coke(sodas in cans or plastic bottles), Fuze drinks, Hi-C, a variety of Arizona Tea(aluminum cans or plastic bottles), Starbucks coffee(glass containers), Gatorade, Monster, Red Bull, and much more. They also have fresh coffee(decaf as well), including green tea, hot chocolate, you name it. I was surprised at how good their hot chocolate was, it wasn’t powdery and gross like some places make. They sell croissants, ham and cheese croissants muffins(apple cinnamon, blueberry, cream cheese, etc), Denny’s/danishes(strawberry cream cheese or regular cream cheese), apple strudels, and other pastries. They sell a variety of chips such as Lays, Takis, and Doritos. They also sell cup noodles, assorted gum(minty or fruity), candy bars such as Butterfingers/Babe Ruth, a variety of cigarettes, and lighters. It’s a cute little donut shop that’s sort of hidden behind Outback Steakhouse, so it’s quiet and cozy. The place is sorta small, but I think there’s four tables with four chairs per table so there’s a place to sit and eat your goods or to chat with friends. They have a TV with the basic channels, and it’s usually on channel 5 so you could probably catch the morning cartoons there on Saturdays! Every time I’m there I see a group of elders hanging out in the corner near the TV just chit chatting, so it must be their go to place. It’s cute though, because they’re not too loud and they’re just minding their own business having a good time. The cashier is super nice and super cute! She’s friendly and her husband comes out every now and then to greet customers as well and they both thank you after your purchase. Definitely left a tip and definitely returning.

After I stopped by the post office this morning I had a mad donut frenzy. I just started driving up Mountain Ave. I figured I had to come across a donut shop somewhere right? It took me a while to find this one, I guess there aren’t very many donut shops on Mountain Ave. If there were any cops around I probably could’ve gotten about 3 tickets driving all crazy trying to get to this place since I passed it, then had to make some a few crazy U=Turns. This place was a little hidden, which is probably why it has no reviews up until now. I always go for little donut shops like this since I like the donuts better than those franchise donut places. I took a picture of the front and went inside. I totally LOVE the name of this place. YAWHOO Donuts, lol. How exciting. There were a lot of old men lounging around and talking. It was probably there little meet up spot. It seemed like a good place to sit and chat at since it’s an empty shop and it’s secluded. I walked up to the counter and ordered my donuts. Thank goodness they had one rainbow sprinkled donut left. I probably would’ve went crazy if they didn’t; I can’t settle for anything less than my rainbow sprinkles! The donut was 70 cents so I also ordered 6 donut holes at 10 cents a pop. At most other small donut shops I go to, rainbow sprinkled donuts are usually 60 cents, donut holes are almost always 10 cents. Total was $ 1.30. I left the shop and hurried home so I could take some pictures and eat my donuts. These weren’t the best donuts, but they at least satisfied my craving. The rainbow donut was a little stale on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside, which wasn’t a good balance. The donut holes weren’t as good as I expected. Most donut holes at places like this always taste the same, good. These ones I didn’t really care for though, they tasted a little too oily. All in all, I probably wont come back here again, but only because the location is too far for me. The cashier was very friendly though and I’m sure the donuts taste a lot better when they’re fresh in the morning. Since the place probably doesn’t get many customers, they probably don’t keep producing all day.

This wasn’t our usual donut place because we’d heard that Roadrunner donuts was the best in Upland. But today we were walking early and decided to try Ya Hoo Donuts instead. My wife and I got apple fritters – the best-tasting apple fritters we’ve had anywhere. We both think apple fritters should be fruity and moist. They definitely were – more apple inside than any other apple fritter we’ve tried. It was an awesome find. We don’t do donuts often, but this will be the place from now on.
