Very inconsistent. Sometimes they will do garlic edamame and other times they won’t. It’s not complicated, just add garlic when your steaming it.

The 4 stars is for the food. I give the service a 1 star. Their rude and act like your bothering them. I only continue to go here because my husband loves their food.

I saw something disturbing A short Latino employee walked in Then went to rest room. With hands Wet. He dried hands on his shirt and pants I had never seen anything like this Done by a food worker in my entire life. He took some numbers or printed something off the register and went in back. Started working with Food I kid you not. This is very alarming To see how the health of customers Not important. Yikes Try to be careful eating here

Only walked in there because my friend wants to watch the football game. It’s such a mistake. Good thing is that the seating area is clean and the staffs are friendly. Ordered fried rice with bourbon chicken. Everything is made to order which is great, the not so great part is the taste. Not much to comment about the fried rice, way to soft, no texture, seems like different ingredients being stirred into the steamed rice, instead of being fried together in the wok. The rice is not heavily seasoned, for which I like because the entrée was so terribly sweet. The rice actually helped offset some of the sweetness and saltiness. The texture of the chicken is good. But it’s too salty at first bite. As you get to the bottom where the chicken is soaked in the sauce, you started to question if they were using maple syrup or brown sugar cubes in their cooking. It’s too ridiculously sweet. Another thing to mention, they are not cheap for these Panda Express type of restaurants.

Place appears to be clean and the food taste good. I’m big on cleanliness and hygiene. With that being said, the gentlemen taking my order and handling my ATM card and working the cash register didn’t wash his hands after doing so and is now cutting heads of lettuce. I’m currently writing this as I’m watching him. He now has just used the back of his right hand to scratch his nose as he is returning to the cash register to assist another new customer. And has once again failed to wash his hands as he’s now returning to handle the heads of lettuce after just handling currency. When I started writing this review a few minutes ago I had initially rated the restaurant with three stars based off of the not washing his hands. Now that I’ve seen him use his bare hands to scratch his nose and again handle currency from an additional customer, I have dropped my rating from three stars to one. I probably will not be eating here anymore as I tend to shy away from the flu and other illnesses that are going around in addition to boogers and other crap that comes from people’s noses.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 things. Cream cheese wontons and chicken chow mein. Way over priced. Paid 13.25 for it. Well, I thought I’d it’s that expensive it’s gotta be somewhat good. Boy was I wrong. I got home to eat my food and the wontons were literally dripping with grease. Ewwwwwww. I put them on paper towels and an hour later I still see grease on them. I go to open the chow mein. It’s seriously 1 mass of mush. That’s it mush. You can’t tell what’s noodles what’s vegetables. I braved it and tasted it. Mistake! It was beyond burnt tasting and it tasted like burnt sugar. Seriously? Burnt sugar? When I finally deciphered what was a piece of chicken it was breaded falling apart and tasted of straight grease and sugar. Fire the chef who created this mess. I could only take 1 bite of it. Tried the wontons and it was like a gusher of just grease. It’s probably the nastiest thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. Had to spit everything out and throw it away. I even had to cut with a fork and knife the mass of noodles. It’s disturbing you even call that food. For sure wanting my money back. Ewwwwwww

I never eat much at panda or any other places and I don’t ever remember eating at pick up stix, my wife and daughter love those places though. I don’t really remember what I got but it was really fresh and I told my wife its a lot fresher then the other locations. I thought we were at another panda location, that’s when she told me we are at pick up stix, No wonder why it was fresher because its not the same place. If I had a choice this would be the one.

Everything was dry and the containers were only half way full. I usually love pick up stix, but this location is the worst. Also, the female manager that usually woks during the day is really rude. I will never order from this place again.

The only reason why I came here was because I had a free entrée coupon that was given to me. The place was pretty empty when I walked in considering it was a Friday night and The Habit and Chipotle were busy. Well To start off I didn’t even get greeted. I got stared at by the girl who worked there and as I approached the register she walked away. So I’m standing there and the manager is counting receipts and finally tells one of the girls to help me after minutes of them socializing. So your crappy costumer service wins the snobby 1 star. I ended up getting chow mien with my meal so it wasn’t 100% free. I should have just got rice so I didn’t have to pay for the soggy noddles I got. Im not a fan of the food. I would much rather go to Panda Express. Not a returning costumer.

The food was great and most of all the service was awesome! The young lady who took our order was professional and courteous. She read back our order to be certain it was correct and was very personable. The other young lady came to our table with samples of chocolate dipped fortune cookies. She too was professional in her approach. I told her how grateful I was for their service because it was a far cry from the horrible experience we had over the weekend at the San Diego Pick Up Stix… you can see my review on that one :(Thanks!

I haven’t had pick up stix in a couple years. I remember liking it a lot but never really got around to eating it much. Well we were in the colonies and were in the mood for Chinese so we chose to eat here. It was a Sunday afternoon and I was the only person in there(should have been a clue) decided to eat there anyway. We ordered some veggie chow mein fried rice garlic chicken and orange chicken. 32 bucks!!! Wouldn’t have minded the price so much if it didn’t all taste like the same dish. Everything besides the rice was drenched in the same tasting sauce. I mean DRENCHED. It was soup like. Not sure if that’s how it always is, but my kids wouldn’t eat it and my husband and I wished we chose eating at the habit which was our second choice. Not coming back here again sorry.

This is the best location! Beats Rancho any day! I live closer to the Rancho location and I’ll make the drive over to this one because it’s worth it. They are always consistent with the way they cook their food. House special chicken is the best! The manager is really nice.

Messed up my takeout order. The chicken was way overcooked and they had forgot the side of vegetables I ordered. When I called the manager was extremely nice and offered to remake the order the right away. I picked it up and when I got home… THEREWAS A HAIR. Wrapped up in the new chicken entrée. I one hundred percent will never come back here.

A very nice change from the old location on Euclid and foothill and the temperature here is much much more reasonable. They really bent over backwards to try to meet our special dietary request.

Orange chicken was DROWNED in sauce. Chow Mein was overcooked bland spaghetti noodles. I dont usually post but this was so bad i had to say something. All the worst chain restaurant Americanized cliché rolled into one unpleasant lunch. Do urself a favor and PASS!

My husband and I went there last night for dinner. It was our first time at this location and the staff was very friendly. There was especially one staff member named Torri who was the most professional employee I’ve ever encountered anywhere… she had better service skills than employees at five star restaurants! Although we had to wait a little for our food because they were very busy… she constantly came over and asked if we needed anything gave us fortune cookies while we waited and then walked us out when we got our order! Superior customer service… we will definitely be going there again just because of this!

Bland is never a word you want to hear used for Chinese food. This was bland and boring. Signature chicken salad? Come on. Whoever signed this, can’t read or write. It was horrible. We were going to the Habit but decided to give pick up sticks a try. What a mistake. My wife prefers heat lamp chineses to this. Pretty bad. I want my $ 20 back!

Firecracker tofu is good for veggie people like me. Decent food with fair pricing. Highly rec vegetarian selections. You can choose anything on the menu with tofu.
