I decided to switch insurance companies because I hated my last one. Their customer service was terrible! Then I came across Adriana Donoso. She has been nothing but helpful and very pleasant to work with. She’s always available and I couldn’t be happier to have switch my services to CSIS insurance agency. Make sure when you call you ask for ADRIANA DONOSO she will definitely not disappoint you. She is the best!!!

I have been covered with CSIS for over 5 year or so now. They have been amazing so far, it is always easy to get in touch with someone (shout out to Mayra D!) either via phone call or email. Besides the excellent customer service, their premiums have been extremely competitive so far; I check alternative companies every year or so and so far no one has been able to beat them!

I have been with this company for over 10 years. Mayra Diaz continually provides exceptional customer service, quickly responding to all of my questions and concerns and always with a fantastic attitude. She has consistently gone out of her way to make sure that I was getting the best deal, even by reviewing my coverage on her own and advising me that I could save money by adding renters insurance. I couldn’t ask for more.

Been insured with them for years and have always had a good experience with Mayra. She is always available either through email or phone. Only down side is they are closed on the weekend but you can still reach their Gardena office
