They did nice job on my Camry wrapping the roof the service it was awesome Justine she was very helpful on the phone she is very helpful girl I didn’t get chance to see her in person maybe on my next car job done great and it only took hour and half and done in very professional way thanks guys for help I recommended this place and price was very good compare any other places

I learned about 1 Up Graphics through word of mouth and chose them to design and print business cards for me. I am absolutely satisfied with everything! Justine saw me through from the beginning to the end and gave me great advice and guidance. She is a very pleasant, patient, and positive woman and she made the process fun, comfortable, and something to look forward to. I will definitely be using 1 Up Graphics for other business products in the near future and I would highly recommend them.

one of the worst services ive had over the phone.
was in DESPERATE need for a print. and a girl answers the phone. she SEEMED new. idk. but she just sounded like she didnt care at all. was asking her if its okay to change a date on a flyer that i found online. and she said she couldnt. even if i screen shot it. she just made it seem like i was helpless. she couldnt do anything for me. one word answers. and eating while on the phone with me.
so rude. i cant even deal with people like that. i would MOSDEF not recommend this place. whatever you do. go to alpha printing in rancho theyre professional. and just a bit more of a drive.

I’ve never needed much graphic stuff but I needed a banner for a friends baby shower (don’t ask) and I narrowed down my options to 1 Up Graphics and another company. In being lazy I chose 1 Up because it was closer to my apartment. I’m so glad I chose 1 Up, from the moment I walked in the door I was met with a smile and the best service. Justine was the person who helped me from beginning to end with no problem, she walked me through process and I felt comfortable enough to actually respect her opinion on placement, color and so on.
If I ever need any type of graphic order again, I will absolutely come here and send anyone else I know to 1 Up Graphics. What an amazing place where all customers are welcome. I had a wonderful experience.

My employer has been doing business with Drew for years. When we learned that he and his wife, Justine, were starting their own print and design business we didn’t hesitate to start using them.
We’ve always had great service from Drew at his previous employer and we wanted to make sure we stayed with someone we could rely on for printing and design.
We’ve placed multiple orders with them since they opened, including business cards, flyers and even a trade show banner. Everything was always done quickly and professionally, we only needed to do proof corrections when we changed our mind on something.
We recently ordered some vinyl lettering for one of our shop windows and Drew came by and installed it in the morning before we even opened the store!
I even had them do my personal housewarming postcards/​invites. We were only able to give them a couple of ideas, since neither me or my girlfriend knew what we wanted. The proof that Justine sent over had 3 different designs, one of which we fell in love with. We had them in hand a few days later for a very reasonable price.
I can recommend doing business with Drew and Justine without hesitation, they know what they’re doing, are great to work with and have always taken care of me, my employer and everyone else we send their way.
