So im on vacation 2300 miles ftom home and my phone breaks (on Christmas Eve). The next day I get up and run to the closest tmobile store. I had already researched the phone I wanted to replace my phone with and only had a few questions that I would need to ask. The sales associate Tyler H was extremely helpful, answered my questions honestly and didnt try to up sale me products that i didnt want. Im pretty sure they work on some type of commission. He was so great that my mom decided to purchase a new phone a well. He was kind and patient with us, which is not something that you see anymore in customer service. Way to go Tyler H.
