Considering the long lines, they get customers through pretty quick! Got the Mother Nature burger w/fries… definitely will fill you up. Great rest stop. And yes, it is ridiculously overpriced for a burger, but I wanted the Simpsons experience. Tip: You can refill your drinks with water at the drink station on the first or second floor.

Dear Unilocal Reader, Wait. Just take a moment to think about it. I know that you’re hungry and tired from all the fun you’re having at Universal Studios Oh look, Krusty Burger isn’t packed with people! Let me go there! STOP and restrain yourself. I am doing this for your own good. Please… there are much better options other than Krusty Burger in Universal Studios. I am very upset at myself to pass up The Three Broomsticks for Krusty Burger because there was a 20 – 25 minute wait. Why would there be no wait to grab a Krusty Burger Friday morning at Universal Studios? That’s right, because people are waiting in line to eat something better than a dry, flavorless, sad burger on what’s suppose to be a day of fun! After eating the krusty burger, my boyfriend and I decided to stop eating burgers for the next couple of weeks because of how the bad the burger tasted. Maybe that was their goal? The one star represents the crispy fries they had that I drenched in ketchup because there was no salt on it.

My burger did not come with bacon when I even ordered the combo that included with the burger. The meat portion of the burger is also a lot more then bread. The meat had a lot of spices as well. The french had great flavor but seemed like it was just warmed over time. DONOT get desert from here. Its horrible I ordered the brownie.

The last time I came to universal Studios was about 15 years ago and they didn’t have Krusty Burger available. I was very excited to check it out. They offer different selections on their menu, but just to play it safe I ordered a cheese burger and fries. Food was delivered promptly, however it wasn’t anything like an ordinary burger. I was a bit disappointed for the dollar amount that was priced the quality do not match.

This place is a complete joke. And not in the good«hey hey kids» way, I mean in the customer service department. First lets just start off with saying I paid about $ 18.00 for a simple cheeseburger combo. Not surprised, as obviously you’re paying for atmosphere and the brand. However to my complete surprise they treat their customers like dirt. Example, when my fiancé and I went in there it was later in the evening and completely DEAD. There was literally one other couple there at that time. We ordered our food and I asked the guy at the counter to please cut my burger in half.(Personal preference.) He said it was«not a problem». We went to find a table and they were all filthy! We found the least filthy one and cleaned it ourselves just as our food ready. I noticed my burger wasn’t cut so I very politely asked the woman behind the counter to please cut it for me. Now listen to this: «um no thats not gonna happen. We can’t do that.» What? Rude much? I asked«why not» and she just shook her head and ignored me stating«nope. Sorry. There’s plastic knives over there.» *pointing* I preceded to ask why she couldn’t just use a metal knife and cut it for me, I mean why was this even an issue for how much I just paid for this meal??! Well I never got an answer as to why as she walked away. I was forced to hack at my twenty dollar burger with a plastic butter knife, that was fun. Not. It was a mess. Wow! This is just what I was looking forward to, a petty argument over a freaking cheeseburger after a long hot day in the sun. We are season pass holders and WILLNOT be returning here. The burger was basic and not worth arguing with one of Krusty’s clowns. Eat elsewhere.

Honestly I was expecting to be disappointed but after taking my first bite of the Clogger burger I was surprised that I loved it. The beef patty was cooked just right and the bacon was a nice addition. My sisters and I all agreed that it was delicious!

Probably the worst food I had on our entire to Disney /universal. The burgers are really nothing special. they tasted pretty good but nothing to write home about. My girlfriend got a salad that was absolutely disgusting! Grey chicken. Some sort of weird pressed egg(with no yoke) Our little one loved her burger and was pumped about the self serve pop machine I know the joke in the show is that the food there sucks. But this was really bad! the space is really cool. Sort of like what Krusty burger is in the show. Honestly your best bet is to eat some where else but check it out either way.

Ok when you get your burgers the party is massive on the klogger that’s the double patty it looks like it’s well done and dry but when you buy into it omg it’s so good the meat quality taste great it’s juicy the cheese and dressing just makes it perfect and for only 14 $ you can’t beat a big burger with fries and just grab your self a duff beer with a plastic souvenir cup and your set can’t get any better and the rib bbq sandwich was pretty good too it’s great I would definitely return for another burger !

The burgers here are not bad. The only thing I didn’t like about my Ribwich Sandwich was that it fell apart easily and the bottom bun was a bit soggy. Other than that it tasted good. I loved the décor in the Krusty Burger! Each room was decorated a different theme. They have a downstairs and upstairs seating area. The downstairs and upstairs rooms are different. My favorite room was probably the memorabilia room! The Simpsons is one of my favorite cartoon shows! It had a bunch of cool drawings, items from the show, and autographs from Matt Groening. Also they have pictures of all the different Simpsons characters along the ceiling and walls of the room. The other room upstairs has big flat screen tv’s that play different Simpsons episodes while you eat which is pretty cool! I think I like the décor of this restaurant more than I like the food, lol!

Krusty Burger is one of the food options available in the Simpsons part of Universal Studios Hollywood. The restaurant is easily identified by anyone familiar with the TV show, and the interior has a bright pastel coloring scheme similar to the cartoon. This is a simple burgers and fries counter-service restaurant with a giant dining room on two levels. On my adventure, I had to try the iconic Ribwich combo. Unlike the version on the show imitating the McRib, the real Ribwich uses chunks of pork rib meat with sauce and slaw for a messy and delicious sandwich. The fries were basic crinkle cut, although they have the custom Coke machines including an intriguing raspberry Coke. Clips of the Simpsons play on a loop throughout the restaurant including scenes from Krusty Burger. This is a great place for the family to recharge and refresh with simple and basic fast food. Do not expect any gourmet meals, but hey, this is Krusty Burger after all! Hey Hey!

Krusty Burger has some great food i tell you what! I was quite surprised at just how good the food is, all of which mimics the menu on the show! my friend and I ate here, i ordered a rib which, friend ordered a krusty burger and we split it to try both and damn were both of these sandwiches so great and exceeded our expectations! highly recommended, simple down home good grilling! Employees are also all super nice and friendly, one time my whole group was given free milkshakes! yay!

Service was fast and staff was friendly(as together as you can get with so many guests tbh). I love the Simpsons so I was excited to come here! Did not realize there was seating upstairs(right behind the condiments). The food was actually pretty decently sized, although it didn’t have much flavor. Which was what I was expecting so ehh. Prices aren’t great, but that’s a theme park for you. $ 10 for a huge ass hotdog, a few fries, and a little tiny thing of coleslaw. Kinda like a school lunch. It is what it is. But it did tide me over for the rest of the day!

I was happily impressed! I had low expectations for Krusty Burger but the Clogger changed my attitude. I went in just to say I ate at Krusty Burger. I’m glad I did, the food is great! I fully expecting to get ripped off here. Amusement Park park prices for low quality food. That’s not the case. Well, not entirely… The burgers are pricey but they really good. The clogger came with two patties and apple wood smoked bacon. It had a unique hearty flavor that I really enjoyed. The bun was fresh and there was just enough produce. I really enjoyed it! The store had a unique system of ordering and picking up food. You pay at the cashiering station in the middle of the store. You picked up your food at a pass through near the kitchen. It was very effiecient. Luckily the lines were short. It was a good burger experience.

The Krusty Burger is iconic for any Simpsons fan. I came in with no expectations and knowing that I won’t be receiving a five-star quality burger anyway. The ordering process: –It was quite hectic to be honest. I think the place is extremely understaffed because although people had no problems ordering, it took a long time to receive our food. It was very disorganized and difficult to listen for our numbers to be called, since it was quite loud inside. The space: –It was an interesting space. There are plenty of tables and chairs upstairs with a lot of décor to look at. The food: –I ordered the number 1 on the menu, which was the Krusty burger. It was bigger than I expected and came with a side of fries and cole slaw. No drinks are included. The burger itself was average, not the best but also not the worst. It did its job in filling me up so I don’t really have any complaints. Long story short: I recommend at least one visit if you are a Simpsons fan.

As someone who is not much of a Simpsons fan at all, I’m sure many of the references to the cartoon are lost on me. That being said, the chili dog I had wasn’t half bad :) Plus, with multiple ordering stations, it felt like the line moved pretty quickly. I mean, it was already 2:30 on a Sunday, but still, I commend Krusty Burger for getting people in, out, and on their way. Plus, with plentiful seating next door at Moe’s, as well as second level seating, finding a place to relax and eat was not an issue. It would be nice if the menu was more varied, and I was a little disappointed with the paltry size of my fruit cup(really? Fruit?! Is it that expensive?!! It’s like they are saying«eat the fries you fatty»), but overall I was satisfied, and the prices were not obscene.

I have to remind myself that this is amusement park food and the bar has to really low but I was optimistic for good food because I was starving, but Krusty Burger tastes exactly how you would expect it to: crappy, maybe AM/PM level The line was extremely long, the wait was excruciating and once we arrived to the counter, we ordered 2 Krusty Burgers, 1 Clogger burger(double patty with bacon), 1 water, 1 soda, 2 Duff beers(AKA Budweiser) for a total of $ 76! Well, the burger was pretty awful and dyspepsia set in pretty quickly, even the fries were cold and old and the beer was just disappointing Bud. On the positive, we were surrounded by Simpson themes, staff was nice and accommodating. My Simpson loving son enjoyed it, so I guess it was worth it

If you always wanted to have a Krusty Burger, well now you can. And it will probably be exactly what you expected it to be, an average burger possibly prepped by Krusty himself. As theme park food, it isn’t bad or great. You can get burgers($ 10.99-$ 12.99), a BBQ pork sandwich($ 12.99), a Nathan’s foot long hot dog($ 9.99) and all come with Krisscut fries and Koleslaw. A little pricier than normal, but you have to expect that, you are at an amusement park. There is nothing really special about their burgers… It’s a good sized patty, with cheese and bacon if you order that. Tasty enough to fill my stomach, but nothing that had me dreaming of having another. You get a good sized portion of fries in your burger basket. There’s seating downstairs, upstairs and also adjacent next door in Moe’s Tavern. The coolest thing is that everything in the restaurant is Simpsons themed, even down to the Springfield napkins. If you’re hungry, get one. If you’re not, then save your money and appetite, skip it and eat something after you leave the park.

The staff here are very friendly and very helpful. They serve just burgers and hot dogs, fries and coleslaw. They also have one vegetarian burger which is better than nothing. they serve soft drinks as well as beers. There is limited seating downstairs so chances are you’ll have to eat upstairs, which is still themed. Don’t worry they have an elevator for the less mobile. Each eating area is a different theme. The only thing I noticed was that most of the tables were dirty and there was only one cleaner in the upstairs area. The burgers are great, tasty and full of flavour. Definitely worth checking out!

I visited this location last night during CBS private grinchmas event. It was my first time visiting since they turned the Simpsons ride area to downtown«Springfield.» The menu was simple but a bit pricey. My sister in law and her husband reported the food was pretty good for a theme park. The restaurant is kept clean and the employees are quite friendly. I cannot say how busy this place is when the park is open to the general public but at least the food is decent. There is limited seating outside of the restaurant but there is an upstairs library(Springfield elementary) to sit and eat if outside seating is taken.

Going to Universal Studios hungry is not a good idea because as soon as I see no lines, that’s where I go and the food ends up being yuck! This place is at the upper lot. Bright and spacious with digital menus. There were no lines and not a lot of people but now I know why. :Drinks: You know the new digital cool soda machines? Well they have it here and it was annoying that it could not recognize the cup that they gave me. I tried it five times, ugh! I ended up telling one of the staff and he filled up my drink with the regular soda machine. :Food: I got the #1 Krusty Burger($ 10.99). It’s a 6oz burger with cheese, tomato, lettuce, and pickles. The menu also states it has a secret sauce but I didn’t taste anything. It also came with a side of Cole Slaw but I didn’t want to try it. I was so disappointed with my food. The fries were cold, the patty was burnt, and it wasn’t hot enough. I think it was premade. For the price and portion, totally not worth it. ( ) :Customer Service: Not bad. :M’s Notes: ~Indoor and outdoor seating
