Designer Glitz & Glamour

Visited for the first time today to get my 8 year olds hair cut and straighten. Bella was really great with her and her hair came out beautifully! Everyone one in the shop was very friendly and the facility was clean and well organized. Refreshments were available which was a great bonus while I waited! Only down side was the parking. I had to park in the mud next door due to limited parking.
Overall I’d recommend the place to anyone! Especially Bella!

I’ve been to Jason three times. I love his confidence and sure-​hands. Both were positive experiences. He whips my relaxed hair into styles I love with very reasonable wait times in a comfortable atmosphere. Today I brought my daughter in for her back to school hairdo. In the transition from going from relaxed to natural, he easily handled her thick, long hair to ensure her transition is healthy and gorgeous. He took the time to advise her on how to properly care for her hair in between salon visits. He will be doing our hair for my upcoming wedding. I finally have confidence in a stylist and plan to see him every other week to keep my hair healthy, long and pretty. I highly recommend his services. I had a friend refer me to Jason and I truly appreciate her for sending me to the best I’ve experienced in and around San Antonio. It’s been a long search. Where he goes, I go too!

This is the second time Jason Wallace has done my middle child’s hair. It’s the day before Resurrection Sunday so there are several people he’s juggling today. He’s multi-​tasking pretty well. Putting perm in one person’s hair while the other has deep conditioner marinating in their’s. Curling one person’s hair while my daughter patiently waits to be flat ironed. Although I would prefer all of his attention on one client at a time, I understand that this is a business and you have to make that money. I’m glad that he’s managing all of his clients with the same level of respect and care.

Ladies!
We all know the trust issues we have with our hair. We are very hesitant about letting people do our hair for fear of it getting jacked up! They say long hair don’t care but it do. It do care! Either we paid a lot of money for those extensions or we just want a cute trim and style… either way we care. Shoooot.
It would appear that this salon caters only to those with ethnic hair but there has been a great mix of cultures, races, and hair textures present each time I have come.

I don’t know how else to say it except how the owner, LaDelle, put it… they do all types of hair… and I believe her. She and her staff have been wonderful in everything they do here. She knows her stuff and sets a precedence for her staff to follow.

–daughter’s micro-​braid extensions were done beautifully!
–the steam treatment made my hair as soft as warm butter… and who doesn’t like butter?

To top it all off, I got the ultimate compliment after getting my hair styled here one day, «Miriam, I love your hair today, it looks so healthy!» What girl doesn’t love hearing that?!
