I wish I could give this 0 stars. I came here for an MRI and was initially very enthused about the quick appointment time. After paying my overestimated deductible up front, I was brought in(after a clerk realized I had been waiting for a long time), and the assistant stopped me to talk about a medical issue in the middle of the hallway– HIPAAVIOLATIONALERT!!! I was turned away for a medical concern which was very well documented that it actually was not a concern at all. The doctor didn’t even come out to speak with me. My day was shot: and the reason for my MRI was delayed because of this, causing a bigger medical issue and delay for me to feel better. This place knows nothing about bedside manner nor do they have the best interest for the patient at mind.

This imaging center is horribly managed. The wait time is always long, the women who work behind the counter seem less than enthused with their jobs, and their billing department is a nightmare! Greedy, greedy, and GREEDY! They want you to pay up front before your service, and if they overestimate your financial responsibility(which happened to me), you can kiss your money good-bye! You can call their billing office a hundred times, and you will never get to speak to a live person. You leave messages, but they never call back. They steal your money and don’t want to give it back. The one time I got to speak to a human, she was very snippy and told me it was«too soon» to detect the overpayment and I would have to wait longer for my reimbursement. Funny and ironic that they want payment BEFORE services, but when you over pay, you wait indefinitely to be reimbursed. For me, it has been 3 months since I paid them(and my insurance paid them, too)… and no word or reimbursement from them. I will NEVER go to this horrible place again! The radiologists/technicians aren’t the jolliest, either. Service without a smile must be their motto.

Be prepared to wait. Very slow. Have had a few appointments here, there is no point in making an appt because you still have to wait an hour and they don’t take you at the time you booked. Ladies working the front desk are rude as can be. I would highly recommend going elsewhere

If you are concerned about your health this is not the place to go! They are unorganized, slow, and even slower sending your doctor test results. A close relative came for a CT scan one afternoon. She is a diabetic and had already been fasting for 8 hours. If you know anything about diabetics you know that eating is important. So, she comes in for her test at her scheduled time. After checking in with the front desk she was asked if she picked up her solution.(The same solution that they failed to mention she had to pick up from the pharmacy). So, the tech gave her the solution and she was forced to wait an additional hour and a half before testing. A week later she has an appointment with her pcp. The imaging center has not sent him the test results. This would not be that big of a deal if the test results were normal. But they were not! Without getting into too much detail I will say that it was a life threatening situation and speed was of essence. So, if you have a hairline fracture or something minor, this imaging center is probaby a decent choice. But if you think you might need surgery or have a malignant mass you better run to another imaging center!
