Mandee

I stopped shopping at mandee because their clothes don’t fit me. I got a gift for Christmas and because I didn’t have a receipt I just wanted to exchange for something that I could enjoy. After the lady was nice enough to let me exchange, I got nothing but remarks and head shakes because she had to do more work than she expected. She didn’t want to look for the sku number. She didn’t want to do anything for me. The whole time I’m in front of her and she made me feel like crap for wanting to get something that would fit me. I know everyone is frustrated from the holidays but you don’t make your clients feel like they don’t want to be in your store. I decided to take my business to a different mandee were I was treated like an actual customer. Smh to the lady with long black hair.
