Terrible, Terrible Terrible… I tried to pre-pay my HS student’s pictures online last night. The page crashed so I waited until this morning to contact the CS Dept to see if the order was processed. THREETIMES I waited in the call queue only to be HUNGUPON when I became caller number one(a recording tells you where you are in the call queue). I was on hold a total of 20 minutes during these three attempts to speak to someone. NOTGOOD for such a pricey yet mediocre product! Now, on hold a fourth time… being told I’m first in line by a recording yet NOONEISANSWERINGTHEPHONE after 15 minutes of being caller number one. I will be lobbying my HS to go with another vendor — I have another year to go!
