So, for the record, I did arrive 10 mins late to my 3:15pm Wednesday appt on 8÷2÷12.
I came into a full office (about 15 people waiting) and waited about an hour before they called my name. A bunch of rugrats were running amuck, which I personally and legally was not in the position to intervene and parent. Sometimes I wish every place of business had a ‘quiet’ room or holding cell for little persons of a ‘certain age.’ Sorry, I digress.
The waiting room has a small wall selection of frames one can peruse through should you feel inclined to do so. The child behind you swinging around the clipboard may help you with that decision.
The ladies at the front desk are pleasant. They seemed very capable of helping all the patients. The eye glass technician was definitely mama bear of the wall of frames. And she wasn’t shy about the ‘no cell phone use’ rule.
