the food is good but is not worth the time you have to wait, if you are hungry don’t even bother ordering from them your delivery will take over an hour. even for pick up is a problem. there is no one at the register to give the food. only time i don’t have a problem with my order is when the nice blond lady is at the store, at least she will tell you honestly that your food will take longer for delivery the other lady just tells you 20 min and over an hour later no one is coming with the food. i was a regular customer there if they don’t know how to treat their customers other place will be happy too. Never going back…

What a Joke!!! Ordered for delivery today at lunch time 11:30am food did not come until 12:55. Never ordering from here again. Lady on the phone (rude), driver (rude). Don’t waste your time.

I was here couple of weeks ago, first time i had pizza here. It was good and freshly made. Good customer service and friendly cashier. I ask one of the guy for crush dried chili to go, and i think the owner or maybe the manager assist me without hesitations and offer some paper plates and plastic wares to go. Its very good signed of customer service. I defiantly coming back.

Tried this place for the first time, got their eggplant parm sandwich. Very messy sandwich, they put way too much of everything on it, too much eggplant and way too much cheese. And the chips they make with it were burnt with no flavor. The whole thing wasn’t nasty, but nothing I would pay for. I don’t think I would try this place again… Primavera in Linden is much better.

The Indian lady that works there is by far the rudest person I’ve met they get a negative 3 stars. Called the place to have a order for delivery and she told me she was «too» busy for delivery im guessing business is doing so well she didnt need our order of 10 breakfast sandwiches. You just lost a customer

delivery is usually pretty quick, pizza is good & their salads are great. they are attached to a liquor store, so while you are there you can stock up on your boxed wine

My co-​workers and I religiously order from this place everyday 5 days a week. There is no doubt that their food is delicious, but lately I have not been impressed with their customer service. I would imagine if I owned a place and had a company call in religiously I would be at least courtesy to them when they call or ask for certain accommodations for their food such as lite mayonnaise, etc. simple accommodations I would comply because I would want their business and referrals. Nope not Ciao.
I understand you’re busy but to get orders wrong 3x’s a week and still continue to call and order with your restaurant shame on us. The older lady who is Indian or Mediterranean cannot take orders correctly. Be cautious and ask her to repeat your order she might say she cannot repeat it because she is busy but try try to at least have her repeat it because I guarantee you she will give you an entirely different item from what you ordered. Although their food is delicious, I will not order again for them because customer service is key in my book.

Best all around pizza and food in the area… Try the Akram Special (it’s not really called that I just decided to name it after myself) ask for Chicken panini add pesto sauce. Or the grilled chicken Cesar is a marinated blackened chicken which is also wonderful. Their pizza is also a nice thin crust and you can’t go wrong with almost any of their food items. I come here for lunch frequently and have never been disappointed. Ps it used to be called Casa de Pizza.
