The foods great, better quality than most diners/café and the service is quick and friendly. One of my favorite go to spots.

I come here at least once a week with my boyfriend and not once have we been disappointed. The food comes out quickly, is so good and inexpensive as well! We’ve never had anything we did not enjoy. Burgers, breakfast sandwiches, eggs Benedict, paninis, french toast, pancakes, empanadas and the chicken soups. All amazing. Everything is fresh. The coffee is great, especially the house coffee which we always have multiple cups of. The service is always wonderful. We are particular fans of a woman Danielle that works there. She’s just great. We love everything about it. Give it a try!

I would give this place 5 stars if it weren’t for the service. While its gotten better recently, the servers can’t seem to manage their time efficiently. They are very friendly, but they do seem to struggle with managing the tables. Even with that said, I will continue to come here as I have been every weekend, ever since I discovered this local gem. I always get the same thing– corned beef hash with 2 eggs, home fries, toast and coffee. I normally cringe when served«home fries» because it’s usually so bland and mushy. I also avoid ordering corned beef hash because it normally tastes like something out of a can. However, their corned beef hash and home fries are out of this world. So well seasoned and crispy and just plain delicious! Their orange juice is fresh squeezed, no bottled stuff. This place is definitely worth checking out! Just be patient and go on a morning when you’re not in a rush to get a quick meal. I always find the wait is worth it.

The chef very clearly cares about the quality and taste of the food he serves the patrons. Five stars for that. –½ star for ambiance as it could have been better. Overall: 5 stars.

I was car shopping in the area and was hungry for some breakfast. Thanks to Unilocal I found this little café in New Jersey. The breakfast was pretty good deafly not the best I’ve had the deafly not the worst. I ordered poached eggs which came with home fries side of bacon and toast also thanks to my Unilocal check it I receive your free espresso and I got The coffee. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. However the ingredients used in this establishment are not pop up. For example the bacon was pretty simply cut. So I’m all I think this is a decent place to come to if you’re in the area but deafly not what specific trip if you’re far away

We went there on a weekday and it wasn’t so busy, got great service but unfortunately the food wasn’t as great. In fact my husbands French Toast tasted very bland which was chocking since we read good reviews about their French Toast. My dish was good but my empanadas weren’t all that great, again bland. Bottom line is that you just never know what you are going to get going to this place.

The cappuccino looked good but didn’t taste good… The breakfast potatoes were bland and the pancakes were dry… I would’ve given a 3 but service took way too long… I had to practically beg for my check… They weren’t even that busy. … Also, be prepared to smell like bacon grease when you leave.

Walked in and no one looked our way. Had to ask one of the waitresses who was very rude if it was self seating or what. Table was dirty and she had the worse attitude when she had to clean it off for us. The waitress that took our order was nice but I think she suspected our initial anger so tried to fix it. Too bad the food didn’t help though. Hot chocolate was good. Food… eh! Didn’t excite me or have any taste. Had to add condiments like hell and still that didn’t help. Service was a good 20 minutes wait. Long wait to pay! Definitely not coming back!

Horrible service. Waited 10 minutes without any greeting and had to ask a cook how to get service. He said they’re a little busy«as I could see.» Eventually a server started taking a to go order right in front of us, at which point we had enough and took our business elsewhere. A simple«I’ll be right with» you goes a long way. If people have to wait for 15 – 20 minutes for service because you’re“busy,” hire more people. I just noticed a response from Tristan«Keyboard Warrior» Carneiro. Due to your quick response I’ll bump this up to a two star. You’re right. Your restaurant doesn’t suck. I just have a terrible personality. If I give you another shot, will you be there? I’d like to see if you speak to me like that in person. Your cook can’t be there, though. He looks like a tough character. In the meantime, the guest I visited your restaurant with will be replacing my 1 star review later in the day. While I like that your Unilocal responses are faster than your service, she doesn’t like your attitude. Having multiple 1 star reviews in the past year due to shitty service and blaming that on the reviewers is what’s unjustifiable. Maybe fire the lazy high school chicks you got serving for you and hire real servers with, you know, an education. I hope you watch South Park. :D

I was craving French toast & this place satisfied my craving. I called in my order & the girl who took my order was new so she gave me the wrong pricing but was so nice & apologized many times even though I didn’t care bc either way I was buying lol. When I got there the place was cute & clean. The lady training the young girl was so nice to me and her which I loved. I haven’t even gotten to the food yet. It was delicious. The put fresh strawberries and bananas. It was perfect! Bacon was crisp and I enjoyed every second of it. Definitely will be coming back. I looked at the menu and there were some delicious things on there.

I don’t know if we picked the wrong day to go there. Stopped by on Sunday around 10 and waited 15′-20′ before order was taken(which is fair enough, they were busy). Took them 45′ to get our orders, which we ended up had to take it to go since the table wasn’t clean(after i asked the waitress/cashier 3 times) and well, it was 45′ that we had wasted and we needed to get on the road. We ordered 5 different cup of coffee(mochacino, vanilla coffee, and another type): 4 of them came out after 10′, taste horrible. My drink came out literally 2 minutes before our food came out, which was like, why bother? We ordered 3 orders of frenchtoasts, which we then had to throw away. It looked great but has neither flavor nor taste. The hash served along side our eggs was flavorless as well. I understand this is a small family owned, local business and I do want to support it. We passed by White Castle but I was determined to come here since it’s a local business and it has high rating. The place is small, which is fine but it needs to be managed better. The cashier/waitress was by herself alongside another«rude» waitress and she seemed overwhelmed.

This place is amazing!!! Great food at VERY reasonable prices. If you are near or traveling through the 5 points area in Union. You have to stop in. Fast and friendly service. Lola had the western omelette and I had the steak and eggs. Every thing was fresh and flavorful. Steak — medium well and cooked to perfection. Each platter comes with toast & home fries which are light & fluffy. Definitely not over cooked or crispy. A brunch date with me & my lady came up to just under $ 22.

YEEES. I think I would prefer here than Turning point on the days I want more simple meals. Cheap for what you get! I got an omelet with cheese and Taylor ham., potatoes, and rye toast. Will come back :)

Union’s best kept secret. If you’re looking for a solid breakfast at excellent prices with friendly, impeccable service, this place is hard to beat. My favorite is the Marco Bronco Omelette — $ 6.75 for a huge omelette with toast [your choice] and either home fries or mixed greens salad ! The food is fresh, delicious, and unpretentious. Coffee variety is great and they often come around to top off your cup. Today I noticed they are now carrying almond and soy milk. If this place was in Union Center, it would easily have lines out the door. I typically come on Sunday’s for breakfast so I can’t say much about the rest of the week. I almost want to just keep this place a secret, but they deserve the rave reviews ! Warning: Side street parking only.

Came here for breakfast afew weeks ago on a Sunday morning. Me and the lady ordered some coffee which was good. To eat we got a couple of pancakes and eggs benedict with a side of home fries. The food is delicious. the pancakes fluffy and moist, the eggs benedict were creamy with runny eggs just the way i like it. The service was good and quick. I def will come back here again.

Okay, this place is so cute! My friend and I randomly stayed in Elisabeth but found light in the midst of that place at this cute corner café. The breakfast was delicious and filling! We came here twice. Great and friendly staff. The service is slow but only because it’s cooked to order and I think there might only be one cook. Seems like it’s family owned and feels like your eating at gramma’s when your there. Wish they would relocate to a nicer area.
