Troy Towers

A friend of ours invited me to his apartment at Troy Towers and I was immediately blown away by the amazing view and location.
Troy Tower is parked right on top of the hill above Hoboken and boasts a breathtaking skyline scene of the NYC waterfront. Always a Kodak moment!
All the building employees are personable. Can’t say enough nice things about the staff.

Troy towers is an amazing place to live. I’ve been here 4 years and don’t really have any complaints. There is garage parking below the building, a gym, 24 doormen and security, an amazing management staff, a heated pool and the most amazing views of New York City on the Hudson. During the 4^th of July, you get too see the Macy’s fireworks show which is directly in front of the building on the Hudson River. We are minutes from the gwb and the two tunnels, have access to the light rail and path system as well as the Ferry service into manhattan. Each individual apt has a nice size balcony (the smallest I believe being 6 feet by 10 feet so you can fit a dozen or so people out there with no problems. Every apartment is also facing the city so every single apt in the building has some sort of view of manhattan (a very unique characteristic not found in any other apt complex). The community is friendly and there is an intranet which allows easy communication, advice, help, etc. Finally, the building is located over Hoboken so you can walk or drive right into a major city outside NYC that has many restaurants and a wonderful nightlife.
