Best sandwich I’ve eaten in awhile. AJ was courteous and really nice. Goodbye subway we’ll be eating here a lot more. I had the pepper jack pastrami and my daughter had the turkey & avocado. Both were made to perfection!

Service is fast even when the line is long. Very attentive I always ask for extra pickles and onions on my sandwiches and they make it happen! Friendly and courteous. I haven’t eaten inside yet but is on my to do list, I always order my food to go in translation means to go out to car and munch down there. Tip toasted is dingdang diggity good!

Working in the food business, I understand how stressful and annoying it could be to serve someone that walks in 5 minutes before closing. However, that’s not an excuse for horrible customer service. The employees working seemed to really hate their job and did NOT smile once. Walked in and received no greeting. I already knew that this was gonna be bad. I waited 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. A girl who said she would be with me, called another employee who happened to have a bad day(no smile or greeting either), said«so what do you want». I was so astonished it took me a good 5 seconds before I could reply. I told him what I wanted and he began preparing my sandwich(Asian chicken wrap). I like my sandwiches saucy, so I asked if I could get some more sauce on it. He didn’t hear me and another employee had to literally say his name and tell him I’m saying something. He responded with a rude«what?» But I brushed it off. I asked him to add more sauce to it and he said«I’m putting more after» very bluntly and rudely. Really dude. Will NOT come back. P.S, store manager, check your security cameras and watch your damn employees. Train them better and teach them how to smile because obviously your employees show nothing positive about working here by the expression on their face. A smile goes a long way.

Hmmm… im a little lost on this one. My experiences(2x in 2x days) left me right in the middle of the star scale. The food tasted good both times, but it takes forever to get ur food. After waiting for a good ten mins… i realized they had some ridiculous system set up. 4x young gals there working, but only two were actually doing any work. One sat at a table just staring off into space, one ringing people up(«worked» for a total :10 seconds during my visit) and two gals making sandwiches. After having plenty of time to observe this, my incident happened. The girl about to make my food straight up wiped her snotty nose onto her gloved hand while making eye contact with me. I was speechless at first… and before she went any further, i asked her to get new gloves and wash her hands. She gave me an «oh shit, did i just do that right in front of this guy» kind of look when i asked her to wash up, but she knew what she did was gross and did not make a fuss. So yeah, that was gross and thats why they went from 4 stars to two. I almost went back to 3 stars bc the girl working the other sandwich area was cute. Brunette gal in glasses, i wish she made my sandwich! She was cute and NOT snotty. Lol. I liked my regular pastrami sando more than my spicy one. Would go back in a pinch…

Staff that helped me last night were very nice and fast. I got a large albacore tuna sandwich on sourdough with everything on it. However, I ended up getting food poisoned by the tuna :( I haven’t eaten Togo’s in years due to me not really caring for it. I usually get my sandwiches made at local mom &pop spots in the area but I didn’t feel like driving anywhere else since I was going to stay at Starbucks, next door for awhile. I guess I should’ve gotten something else because who really gets tuna at a real sandwich place? –__– Of course I would be the one who gets so dizzy that the room was spinning and I vomit four times last night while trying to sleep. Not necessarily upset that somehow the tuna was mishandled or just expired(maybe due to temperatures) it happens, no big deal. I’m not even going to call to complain, it’s just an unfortunate mishap. Just try avoiding the tuna, I’m pretty sure other sandwiches taste well. Sorry Togo’s, never coming back. Staff last night was excellent though.

These people working here are extremely polite. I recommend coming here even if it is a little further than the one you are close to. They are the best in terms of customer service! Great people and good environment!

These guys compost. It’s very clean here and the cats behind the counter have always been very helpful and attentive. I love everything I order but it is a chain so you either like the chain or you don’t. If you do this is the best one in the tricity area. Can I say it is very clean here again? It is very clean here again.

I ordered a salad to-go and was very disappointed. The portion of the salad was so skimpy and ridiculous. Only a bad restaurant would shortchanged its customers by cutting food portion like this. I will not go back to this store, nor will I recommend it!

Great sandwiches. The taller guy who works late afternoons into evenings suggested his favorite sandwich, which he made for me. It was AWESOME. 10⁄10 would recommend to anyone. Better than Subway, that’s for sure. I’m just sad they don’t have a shop where I’m from in Alaska.

When I’m in the area, I usually go to this Togo’s location. I don’t care if the ladies here aren’t that welcoming, as long as my sandwich is made correctly. THISTIME, some tall guy made my sandwich. He asked if I wanted everything on it, I said no and clearly told him what I wanted. I repeated that I didn’t want the 3 things in my sandwich. When I got home, EVERYTHING was in my sandwich. Why acknowledge what I ask for when you don’t even comply? No one greeted me either, which I don’t really care about but where is the good customer service? Only this short girl with short hair smiled. Thanks to her, this Togo’s gets at least 2 stars.

I have never really been a fan of Togos but having other people who like to eat here, I have quickly become a fan of eating here! They have a ton of sand which options and they also have different soups of the day which are amazingly good! I usually get the California club on wheat bread and it is perfect! I also have tried their tomato soup and potato soups and I can honestly say they have become my favorite. The place isn’t very big but it is a good size to have local business people come in for lunch during their lunch break. The place looks always keep up, well stocked and the floor is clean. The staffs friendliness can be a hit or miss, just depends on who is working. You will either get the people who enjoy what they do and are happy to help you and you can tell or you will get the people who are acting too hard to try to be happy about being there but you can sense their frustration. Try this place if you haven’t as you won’t be disappointed, by the food at least.

Y’know what I hate most about sandwich places? Pressed meat. Yet, like a moth to a flame, I can’t get enough of that processed pressed turkey loaf. Subway, Jersey Mike’s, TOGOs… all pressed meat. But since Jersey Mikes and TOGOs charge about $ 9 per sandwich — they can afford to use a better meat(like Boar’s Head). So this is an average sandwich shop with above average pricing. It’s good, but not that good. And I’d like to mention: You get more veggie selections at Subway. And slightly better loaf… mmmmm…processed loaf meat… urghhh…gurgle…gurgle

I am here more than once a week with my dad who is retired. This was ridiculous service I recieved. The Unilocal coupon was marked as redeemed and it wouldn’t show up on my phone to the togos employee. He was a real rude to me and basically talked down to me. I use Unilocal and I go to this togos all the time. As a repeating customer I do not expect such disrespectful treatment. I’ll bet steve will be very disappointed with this review of his childish worker.

Signed up for their email list and got a coupon for a free mini classic with a purchase of a 20oz soda(came out to be a little under $ 2). I got the roast beef on wheat bread with a side of chipotle dipping sauce(~350 calories). They made it pretty quickly. I went to Starbucks so I could enjoy my sandwich outside. The sauce was so bomb. Although I asked for my sandwich to be hot, it was barely even lukewarm, but it was still good! While she was making it, I was also a bit disappointed that I couldn’t watch them make my sandwich because I’m too short to see over the counter, haha! I might come back to try their pastrami sandwich!

Supporting my San Jose roots with a 4-star rating for this company that was founded in San Jose! With a Subway franchise in just about every strip mall, I stopped going to TOGO’s for many years, but have just discovered how much I miss TOGO. Subway does a great job of marketing itself as a healthy option, but TOGO sandwiches aren’t bad either. In fact, the caloric count is similar for similar sandwiches. You just have to know what to order! TOGO sandwiches do taste better. I don’t know why — they just do.
