A friend recommended Lechon Manila while I was working in the area. I had their kare kare and lechon. I loved it! Kare kare was so tender and flavorful especially with the shrimp paste. Lechon was tasty and crispy… will definitely come back.

Ordered«Lechon» for Christmas and drove 45min because I thought that was their specialty. 1: meat was tough 2: not enough sauce given in proportion to 5lbs of pork 3: it was cold as if it was cooked the previous day 4: it was a phone order with credit card, not having a receipt made it seem like they were doing me a favor by finding my order. 5: WOULDNEVERGOBACKEVENIFITWASFREE 6: LETSGIVEIT A HALFSTAR!

Lechon Manila like many scoop and go Filipino eateries doesn’t label what’s on the steamtable. all pans were full. not a good judge of food by viewing it.(no lights shining on food so it’s a bit harder). eats: 2 item meat plate(7.49) –pork adobo very fatty, tender fats and meats, sauce tasteless –chicken kare kare dry and chewy, proabably a day old –2 small scoops ok –chili sauce in saucecup a plus. take outs: –good value but poor quality food –order at counter and pay, self service utensils, water. 2.5 stars.

Good selection of filipino food. Ordered dinuguan, bulaklak, paksiw na lechon with rice. Some of the pork for dinuguan was still tough… still needs a little bit of simmering… but it will pass. tje rest of the orders was actually good. also bought chicharon pork and chicken skins to go

Came in here with my family to have lunch and was expecting authentic Filipino food since I mean the name of the restaurant is Lechon Manila, right? I ordered the nilaga and to my disappointment, the flavor of the soup was very bland, I had to add a lot of fish sauce in order for it to have some flavor. There was also no potatoes, the meat tasted like it had been sitting there for a good while, and the cabbage was still a little raw. The rest of my family ordered the menudo, and they were definitely not pleased either, they didn’t even have to tell me that their meat was very dry because just by looking at it you could tell. To top it off, they didn’t even have the soda I wanted. Then why display it? Very disappointed. Service was okay but they definitely could use a better recipe or cooks for their food.

Food is real tasty and the service behind the counter is friendly and quick. Real family type feel. Bong the owner is funny and friendly. Recommend it highly. Lechon is always crispy. My favorite is rice w Lechon Paksiw and bopis. My wife likes the«chocolate meat» diniguan. So far all my visits are good.

We ordered lechon for my daughter’s birthday, but found out the PORKBELLY is missing. You could see the bottom cut is already close to the ribs. This will be our FIRST and LAST order of lechon on this restaurant. Taon taon me lechon sa aming handaan ngayon lang ako nakakita na pati liempo e kinakatay pa para makapandaya.

Even though they only have lechon on the weekends, this place has the best lechon ever! I highly recommend trying Lechon Manila! Try going early, because it gets pretty packed, especially during lunch hour. Their food tastes better than most Filipino restaurants too! I also love their sisig and dilis, some of their best sellers! Their halo halo is amazing too! 5 stars for great service and great food!

Took my youngest son and my granddaughter here for lunch earlier. Food was good. The chocolate meat was lacking a little flavor though. My son didn’t like it and that is his favorite Filipino dish. I like the chicken binagoongan. It was just right.

Got some lechon here for Thanksgiving lunch yesterday. My boyfriend ate some and later told me it upset his stomach(read: toilet) but on Thanksgiving, when stuffing your face is kind of an all day affair, I wrote it off as just his overeating. Today, I pulled the lechon leftovers out of the fridge only to find green, furry mold on some of the pieces! Now I know what made him sick! As it had only been a day and the fridge will often *dry* out food, I suspect this mold was on the lechon when we bought it. There definitely wasn’t any mold on the Filipino BBQ we got from Fil-Am Cuisine in Daly City! No thanks, not going here anymore. As a Filipino, this is embarrassing.

Ordered Lechon plate there. It was ok. Meat was bit dry. I though about getting a side item but it was rather expensive to add one more item, and everything at the counter looked like it’s been sitting there for a while. The young man that served me was very nice and very polite.

We ordered Lechon for a wedding and it was the food highlight! Skin was crispy and the meat was moist; their homemade lechon is to die for. The lechon came party cut already and it seems like it has more skin and meat than a whole lechon. Their sisig is must a try too.

This place is ok — UC has a ton of Filipino restaurants and this one doesn’t stand out much.

I came in here with my family and I was being served by one of the servers and I swear I was really nice to her and all she gave me was attitude. I asked for more«sitaw» &she gave me more of the other stuff in the«kare-kare» they were serving. Definitely not coming here anymore!

I paid over $ 300 for a «full size» lechon yesterday for my son’s first birthday and when I went to pick it up, it had already been«party cut» meaning they take all the skin and half the meat out. It honestly looked liked it was leftovers from another party. If I had known before hand what a party cut full size lechon was I would’ve gone somewhere else.

I’ve coming to this place for the past 15 years. The food is always great! Especially the Lechon!!! They have all the Filipino favorites. Very consistent food quality. The servers are friendly and the place is always clean! I’m sure I’ll be coming back!
