Updating my review. This place is under new ownership and they’ve improved. They’re opened for breakfast again and brought back the daily specials. The quality of the food has gotten better and the new staff is friendlier.

Major Brian P. Stack needs to hire some health inspectors for my new city of Union City. I wish NJ would adopt the letter grading of NYC restaurants, as I saw violation after violation. I had the pan con bistec which was prepared by two disinterested employees. The waitress/bread toaster touched her phone, then my bread, then money in the register and once in a while found time to scratch her hair. The chef/the next American idol, touched his phone, raw meat and my bread… All in that order. I can only pray for a gas leak to rid the world of the CDC nightmare. Btw, the sandwich wasn’t that bad — fml.
