Don’t let the simple exterior fool you! I’ve walked by this place too many times– thank goodness I made an appointment! They market the body treatments but the massages are AMAZING. Jorge worked out all the stress knots I had and gave a great deep tissue– just what I needed tk deal with the NYC hustle and sports training. The décor is simple– like being at a family house, but it was still great. The massage room was dimly lit and the aromatherapy was lovely. I felt like a million bucks walking out. Definitely going back and likely will get the membership.
This is not a fancy spa, but it is a great business (better than the big chain out there) and great value so I give them 5 stars.

I love getting my butt lift cupping sessions done by Anita. Anita takes her time and makes sure my back side is lifted, firm, and smooth. The treatments have my booty looking fabulous in my dresses and Jeans.
The husband is happy and the girls are always asking me what’s my secret. Ladies stop wearing butt pads… Anita’s treatment is the secret!!!

Today was my first experience with them and was wonderful, excellent prenatal massage. Jorge has magic hands. I’m very sure go back for my postnatal sessions … Also it’s a wonderful customer service

My girlfriend and I went here about a month ago, and although it is a small business and a small place, the people there have great knowledge, provide a very friendly and lovely environment! They have a great future in front of them!

This place is the BOMB!!! I loved it from the min I walked in to my time to check out! This place for sure deserves 100 stars! They are extremely friendly, generous, professional and they also accomdate most of your needs. I’ve had massages before in the past and none were like the one I received from here. Ana and Adis both gave me massages and this has been one of the greatest experiences ever! I arrived 30 mins before my time and they saw me as soon as I finished my paperwork. They offered me a beverage. The way she greets you will make you feel welcomed and at home! Music was very helpful and relaxing. And Jorge! Omg he is «un amor». There was a bit of a miscommunication and unlike most other places, they didn’t argue with me or anything they apologized and granted me a free service, which was very awesome of Ana. I will return tmrw for my second session massage and I cannot wait. Ana and Adis sure do know how to make you feel at home. Once again both these ladies have great hands! They’ll answer all your questions and also give you some awesome suggestions as well! They have great hands and advanced equipment for massages and other services! Try it out guys! You will not regret it. Muahss!

Excellent service and I highly recommend! I’ve been going for massages regularly for a few months and the owners, Ana and Jorge, are so so so friendly, warm and inviting. The place is small and far from fancy, but clean and comfy. Their membership plan is great — no fee — and offers incredible discounts on their services. I look forward to trying out other services!

One of the best quality massages I have ever received. At first you may be skeptical by the looks of the location but you know what they say, can’t judge a book by its cover. Jorge and Anita are wonderful and really take the time to listen to how you feel. I am happy to say I became a member (great value) and look forward to my massage each month!

My son a US Marine bought me a gift of massage for my birthday /​mother’s day. At first I thought to myself why is he sending me all the way to Union City. I put it off for a while and finally just before it expired I scheduled. At first they were booked solid so that speaks for itself. When I arrived I was greeted by Jorge. I was a little reserved because I was expecting more fancy… but it was clean and Jorge was great so I relaxed and left it all at the table. OMG this was one of the BEST massages EVER… Jorge was AMAZING … he has miracle hands… he took time to know his customer and would recommend what you need. He put a little extra in it and took months of stress from my body. I am a big fan… would give it a 5 star but I think the space needs a little reorganizing and decorating. It is the only thing keeping it from perfect! Today appearance is everything to most people. Just be open and not too quick to judge when you get there and you will have an awesome experience. It is great supporting small business and the people at Healing massage love what they do. You always get more than you pay for. They offer such a wide range of services I am looking forward to experiencing more with the monthly program.

First and foremost, I have the utmost respect for real people that are trying to do real things. I appreciate the small business owner and love that Ana and Jorge have brought this (LEGITIMATE & PROPERLY LICENSED) place to Weehawken. The others in the area aren’t so compliant with the industry regulations in the state and it’s only a matter of time before they get nabbed.
Moscato Mondays are such a deal at this place! I went in for deep tissue and lymphatic drainage massages and went 2 times a week for about 2 – 3 months. This is a great place for post op elective surgery folks. They have the ultrasound massage to help loosen up the deep tissue prior to the lymphatic massage. Ana employs a variety of effective techniques to ensure that you get the best results.
The place is small and is far from being a high end spa… but it catered to my needs entirely. It met my cost restrictions, gave the best value for my $, and the location was convenient… AND it was clean. I like walking into a place and knowing that I leave as much of an impression on the business owners as they/​their place does on me. You’re not just a customer number here. Customer service is something that’s lost when it comes to the customer experience and when there are only a few people to take accountability for how you feel when you leave their business there’s a bit more meticulous care that’s put into making you want to come back.
Am I happy with my service? Yes. Would I recommend this place to my friends or family? I already have. These two business owners are real people with a passion for what they do and want to make it a success. I can totally respect them for that and what they are doing at Healing Massage & Wellness Spa.

OMG i have to say this was the best massage i got since as far back as i can remember– and i get them often.
the place is not nice, ill give you that. but i would definitely rather go to a not nice place and get an excellent massage than go to a nice spa for a light body rub. this massage was a true deep tissue. i ended up getting the membership.
they had a moscato Monday deal going where a massage is $ 35 on Monday and you get a bottle of wine to sip– AND i got a free 30 minute upgrade because i referred someone– so 90 min and wine for $ 35– and it was great!
but keep in mind the place is NOT fancy at all.

I had a very good experince! The massage was very very good! It was not difficult for me to make appointement at all. The place is a little small and not super fancy. but the massage and facial was excellent!!! The price was very great!!! I really enjoy it!

If i could give it negative stars I would! They cancelled my appointment because they didn’t have the products, then told me the product should be in after 2 weeks but never got a call. When I called later they told me they didn’t have their product yet they told me to call by wednesday. I called more than 10 times between wednesday and friday and even sent emails and left voicemails and they never, ever returned my calls. After finally getting thru on friday I spoke to the owner who was very rude and apparently upset because I sent them an email complaining about them not returning my calls. He ended up hanging up on me at the end. Very disappointing especially since their service is not cheap. Not worth going over the trouble for any of their services
