Fiji In and Out Food Store

They have just become a UPS Access Point.
I have tried for two days to retrieve my package.
First, I was told that it was not there.
Then, after I called UPS Customer Service who tried to contact this 24 hour store to no avail, I called the store and was told that the UPS «easy access» service would not reopen until Monday.
After calling UPS again, who then called the store – again – I was told that I had to wait until Monday. I called the store and was told that I could pick up the package after 9 AM this morning… Saturday. At the store, this morning, I was told – again – by the clerk behind the counter that the UPS section would not be open until Monday. I called UPS Customer Service again – who then called the store – again – and they were told that the UPS person was «on vacation» and the «24 hour» UPS service would not be open until Monday.
These people have lied to me about my package from the beginning.
I do not recommend this store to anyone who expects both service and integrity from a business.
