I will start my review off with the positives of this location, and then explain why I rated it one star. Cost wise, this place is standard, beating out some other optometrists by a few dollars and all exams are pretty standard. I’ve had at least 3 exams at this location so far. It’s convenient because I can pick up any necessities I need after my appointment. However after this incident I have decided NOT to return. After everything I just feel like all they want is money and they don’t really care about custom service and helping their clients. I don’t really feel like going into great detail because I honestly feel like the whole situation was petty but at the end of the day why go to a place that doesn’t have the TIME to care about you? Thank you but I will take my «money» elsewhere.

Just finished my eyes exam in Walmart and Dr Connie Choi is on duty. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. She would explain all the aspect of the test. And I’m very satisfy with the service and test.
I’m a little surprised that this caliber of doctor work in Walmart. But hey good for me. :-)

This place is SEPARATE from Walmart eye center, her office just located in Walmart. she would do the eye Exam, and write you a prescription, very friendly and honest. Her receptionist is polite also. Then you would go to Walmart eye center. Great location. She accepts a wide variety of insurance, I have alliance and my eye exam was fully covered.
