Old school Italian pizzeria. Authentic sauce and dough 5 stars. Worth the price and great value. Don’t expect the Ritz Carlton bozo. And be respectful this is an old Mom and Pop store.

First and foremost, I am biased and this review, like any subjective review, is entirely based on my historical experience at blue flame. Ever since I was 5 years old(I’m 31 now) one eaten at blue flame pizzeria and there aren’t many people or places one can attest to where a flavor has remained the same for so long. This is one of those places; where the crust texture, thickness, and consistency of pasta and cheese has remained a staple of this location and indubitably the same for over 25 years is not only commendable, but amazing. The pizza and Sicilian style square slices are phenomenal; their meatball or chicken Parmesan sandwiches are equally delicious; and now that they have their own brand name soda, I can only say that despite the lack of luxury or fascination many fancy places possess, blue flame is that«Cheers» bar. I asked the owner, «Mike, how is it today your food tastes exactly the same for so long?». He replied, «the same ingredients and the same person make the pizza ‚» of course, referring to himself.

Typical NY/NJ-Italian pizza joint. Pizza is greasy, but tasty. They also have free delivery.
