This is my first time ever writing a review because I generally try to give a business the benefit of the doubt if something goes wrong. This review is more about customer service and not the treatment. I had planned to pay privately for the service so I had called to ask questions last week so that I may way the benefits with the cost. I left multiple messages on the voice mail and I received no call back. The last straw was today when I called and the receptionist told me someone (clinic manager) would call me back to explain more about the evaluation. No return call was made to me and now it’s the end of the day. All I wanted was an appointment. I was so very disappointed with the service. I now plan to just go to a facility in Palo Alto even though it’s further.

It’s a great clinic set up and I love the ideas I get from their home program for my child. They recruit various programs and cater therapy to make it individualized for
each child and mostly have an accommodating schedule and a very friendly staff.
I’d definitely send my friends there.
