The house and 80-acre parcel was donated to the town of Tyngsborough in 1999 by the Sherburne family. The house is on an open piece of flat land, but is adjacent to woods and a pretty pond. You can walk through the woods(bring bug spray) and over foot bridges and see plenty of wildlife. Bring a camera. There are many trails to hike and there’s no fee. It’s all open dawn to dusk.
