Horrible customer service! Absolutely zero customer skills. The Asian female is incredibly rude and disrespectful.

The manager of this location and our salesman rocked. We explained our situation and they made sure that we walked out of there with exactly what we needed and were happy. We’ve been customers of Verizon for years and if everyone would treat their customers like this location did there would be NO other cell phone companies in business. I only wish the customer service this store gives would follow me back to WA State!
