If i could give 0 stars, I would. I waited over 2 hours for service total, going back not once, but TWICE. They could have told me the first time that they would not take my insurance (from another state) instead of wasting my time and making me wait so long AND waste my money driving ALL the way there. Staff are polite, but not at all knowledgable in the departments that they are working, and I will politely say i will NEVER go back, Typically, dealerships are my first choice, but this one is terrible.

I’ve lived in Tyler for almost a year now and have been coming every few months to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Rodney is one of the best service advisors I’ve ever met in my years of going to Chevy dealerships, and the entire staff is very friendly and professional. For years I’ve had problems with coolant leaking and my car overheating, but FINALLY Peltier Chevrolet’s team was able to figure out the problem and fix it once and for all. I’ve also had some little problems here and there that they fixed up, and even though my warranty had expired they gave me a discount because I am a preferred customer. They also have a promotion going right now where your oil change is free if they don’t finish the service within a certain amount of time so definitely ask about their specials, and they also have monthly drawings for free services. Unfortunately, I am moving soon… the next Chevrolet dealership will have big shoes to fill!
