I highly recommend ICANN. In a recent move, the original movers I hired did not show up for the job. I called ICANN and they were able to come at the last minute. They seriously saved my bacon and prevented a disaster in terms of having to reschedule my unload, extend the truck rental, etc. Their folks were great. The only issues was that in my frantic rush to get everything done after getting two hours behind schedule was that I did not wrap the couch. They set it on it’s side in the truck, and now there are black stripes of dirt going down the side. I’d say it was equally our responsibility. I didn’t wrap it and they shouldn’t have set it on it’s side without putting something down on the truck floor. That being said, I would still use them again and I am still recommending them.
