American Plumbing

This company left my house a disaster. For 4 hrs, their auger sprayed stool up the walls, ceiling, flooded the floor, & ruined the pictures on the wall. On top of that – they asked to use my personal towels! There was no communication on why they couldn’t come back until after the weekend other than Ricky, the worker that initially came, said he was off on Friday. We had a major plumbing issue b/​c a squirrel got down thru the vent on the roof and couldn’t back out. On Monday, they immediately got it to flush out but stayed another 1.5 hrs which charged me $ 132 while the helper sat in the car! I understand this job was a harder one but I am angry that I got charged for helpers that sat in the truck plus the condition they left my bathroom. I’ve never hired a company that didn’t clean up after themselves.
Also-​my military disc was questioned until I pulled out the phone book to prove it was there.
I will not be using this company again.

Called for some basic plumbing, they were on time and reasonably priced. Took time to instruct me on future repairs and how to request replacement parts at no charge from the manufacturer. Would call them again in a second.
