The best martial arts class on the mountain! Awesome instructors! If you’re looking for an activity for your kids to learn self defense, discipline and build their confidence, this is the place to go. Dan is very accommodating if you want to observe a class or have your kids join a trial class first. Just give him a call :)

Great place to train, get fit, and be part of an amazing school. After my first class, I was hooked! The competence and friendliness of the instructors really makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Whether for Kenpo, cardio kickboxing, or jiu jitsu, I would recommend this school to everyone.

I have taken classes with Dan on Wednesday nights for a while now and after a long day at work I look forward to doing kickboxing Wednesday nights. Dan is great at explaining how to do things the correct way so you don’t get injured and you get the full affect of the workout. You always leave feeling like you have gotten the best for your money.

A great place for kids to learn a very practical form of martial arts. All the children to not only love, but respect their instructors as well. The focus is not only on learning the techniques, but also in building their character. They are taught confidence, good sportsmanship, respect for parents and each other. Overall a very positive experience for children as well as adults.
