Absolutely the worst experience ever. My sister lost her husband unexpectedly, called them and they were absolute jerks on the phone even. Needless to say, she did not contract them for the funeral because who would want hateful people like that taking care of your loved one and performing a compassionate funeral for them.

I think this is the only funeral home in Twin Lakes, which is sad, as they have a corner on the market. My husband’s uncle recently passed away, and used Haase. So disappointing — no organization at the wake, short of chairs, older people standing. One gentlemen tripped on the door threshold, and the owner came running over more concerned about the door, then the older gentleman ON THE FLOOR. Really? You couldn’t help him up, and if he wanted a chair — then check on the door??? Seemed more concerned that a bottle of water was going actually leave the ‘designated area’ than the comfort of the family & friends that were in attendance.

Bruce and Andy were very attentive to our families needs with the passing of our father. I would Highly recommend Haase Lockwood Funeral for Services, the place had just had a major remodel.
