When the company that had recently pumped our tank got rude and refused to come check why our tank was backing up, Bill June was recommended by a friend. He came out and told us what the problem was and helped us through. He made recommendations to remedy the issue that caused our problem but was not pushy. He was very honest and not trying to take advantage of us. We truly appreciate his great customer service!

We set up an appointment with them last week for yesterday. They never showed. We called them and they said there was a screw up, they apologized and reset the appointment for today at 12:30. At 1:30 they called and said they’d be late – considering it was a hour after the appointment that was already clear. They said it would be another 30 minutes By 2:15 they still did not show up. So we canceled the call and will never use them and don’t advise anyone else to do so either.
One of the home owners took time off work, meaning losing incoming for those hours, to be here and twice they imposed those lost work hours without even showing up for the appointment.
We had substantial work for them, but that job will go to someone else.
