One of the nicest smoke shops I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot great customer service both times I went in I was looking for a glass screen for my vape and they didn’t have it but she ordered it for me and it was there in like less than a week and the woman that helped me was also very nice and helpful both girls Cindy and Chelsey (I think sorry about messing up your names if it’s wrong both blonde)

Great store! Apparently the address is wrong though. The cross streets are el camino and first street in Tustin. There’s a cute little parking lot you can turn into but you should see the sign, it’s fairly noticeable.
It’s so worth finding! The service was AMAZING. This is coming from a person who works customer service and has a high standard for it.
I didn’t catch the name of the woman who helped me but she was GREAT.
I was buying a gift for a friend. I don’t know what kind of cigars he likes but I know his other tastes. The person helped me based off that which was helpful.
Also, not knowing much, I was going to buy a humidor bc I wanted the cigars to be in a nice box. But I was given an extra wooden box which saved me SO much money!
To me that’s doing business right. Will definitely be returning.

Wonderful customer service!!! Extremely clean shop. They have everything from Cigars to Cigarettes to Water pipes! I really hope this little smoke shop sticks around!
