Unlike many apartment operators that change rates daily and push, push, push rents The Remm Group thoroughly assesses submarket conditions and makes smart adjustments. Increasing property taxes, higher utility bills, turf reduction programs and more costly employee healthcare premiums are just a few factors that contribute to the expense of operating Southern CA apartments. The Remm Group has a professional, caring staff that prudently manages their properties while delivering a warm, welcome residential atmosphere.
