Sad to see this place close, but I guess I’ ll give my review of it before I give its memory a rest. Been eating here ever since it opened like almost 8 – 9 years ago back when they still had the option for all you can eat. The food here was always good, the prices were cheaper than most place. But the bane of this place was always its service. It just wasn’t up to par. The servers aren’t rude but they were slow an unattentive. Food always took way to long to come out. On average the food would take almost 30 minutes to come out even if the place was empty or sparsely populated, and if there was a sparse crowd of 2 or 3 dinning parties the food would take almost 45 minutes or long to come out. When ever recommending this place to friends I always tell them these things; They give you large portions of food. Their prices are either cheaper than most sushi places or the same price. The food is always good and free. Do not come here when you’re in a rush or extremely hungry cause you’re going to wait quite a while. The staff are nice, but they’re slow so just be patient. You come here for the food, not to be pampered by the staff.

Today was a sad, sad day as my husband and I went to Sushi Time, as we do often for lunch, and discovered Sushi Time is closed for good and has been bought out by people who are turning this restaurant into an Indian buffet!!! I had no idea this place was closed as nothing here says so… This was by far my favorite sushi restaurant… their food was always consistently good and the service was as well. My husband and I are now stuck with having to find a new sushi spot :(hopefully they will reopen elsewhere…

I’m soooo sad my favorite sushi place is closed. Beware they are replacing it with an Indian food place

Best sushi place next to my work. I get to-go all the time. They are awesome. The food is awesome. I recommend the mussels for sure! When I was sitting eating for my to-go order the owner brought me edamame while I waited. So thoughtful. Love this place.

I enjoy the ambience of the place. We go here for lunch break sometimes since it is right across from our office, so more of a convenience selection. I normally get the hand rolls, since that is the best deal to me. Everything tastes great and have had no major issues.

Came back for my favorite Baked Salmon! It was so good and fulfilling but I wasn’t able to finish it because they’re pretty big rolls. I also had the chicken bowl for to-go. Price is very cheap for its portion– simply love this place!

Four stars for quantity, three for quality, and three for service. Huuuuge pieces of fish on my nigiri, and the Hawaiian roll was gigantic as well. I couldn’t finish it. The fish was alright, not much better than any other cheap sushi place, except based on the area this places charges a little more than they should. It was a little busy for how few servers they had, and just one lady making the sushi. For any big corporate area, they were appropriately busy. They should’ve scheduled more staff. For the other reviews here that make a crack at all the staff being Korean? It’s true, but that doesn’t mean they can’t run a Japanese restaurant if they want to. Don’t be racist. Overall decent experience. It filled the craving I had.

I got the sushi sashimi combo, which was relatively cheap for the amount of fish they give you. The fish was not really that tasty. I wouldn’t say it wasn’t fresh. It just wasn’t very tasty. The portions are large. I think maybe if you just eat their rolls… I feel like their rolls will probably taste good. but don’t come here for raw fish.

The food is ok. The pricing could be lower. Everyone that works the front is Korean which a little amusing but fine. Its an ok place. It just doesn’t impress amongst others. Jev

This place is still my #1 go-to place for sushi, teriyaki, udon, and ramen! I recently tried their spicy sashimi bowl and thoroughly enjoyed every last bite of it… and it only cost me about $ 9. Definitely worth it. Keep up the good work sushi time!

This place is delicious. The service is a bit slow, but it is definitely worth the wait. The rolls are big and yummy. Did I say how inexpensive this place is? Yes, it is very affordable(for a sushi bar), and they are not stingy with the portions. I encourage you to give it a try, and see what I am talking about!

Great service, decently fresh fish, but overall very very average. Would probably only revisit because of the closeness. On a good note, a miso soup, three specialty rolls, and a glass of plum wine for $ 38

Dine in: Dynamite Roll was good, all running together, slathered in sauce. Volcano Roll was very similar — ton of food Sushi was firm and fresh. Rice was nice and soft. It wasn’t very busy, but they were a little slower than I would have liked. Price was good value for what we got. Totally full and $ 50 out the door for two people Good for dine in or take-away.

Their lunch deals are a steal, YES. But their taste is NOT. The fish quality was not fresh at all! I ordered a lunch combo of udon and spicy tuna roll. The udon was okay, your basic shrimp tempura udon. BUT they dunked my tempura in my udon, so by the time it came to my table it was soggy! EWW! So when I stripped the tempura batter off, there was a tiny skinny shrimp. The spicy tuna took a very long time to come out. Practically when I was almost done with my udon was when it finally came out. There were two FEMALE, older Korean ladies making the rolls and it wasn’t busy ATALL. So why did it take so long? I don’t KNOW!?! But guaranteed, sadly I will never try that place again. Why would I pay for not good quality food and mediocre service?

stopped by here for lunch the other day because the korean noodle restaurant in the same plaza was closed due to some kind of gas issue. i got a sashimi plate. it was really good, although a bit too«saucy» for my taste. the sauce is a yummy creamy sauce but would’ve been better with a little less. my boss got a bento box, which was a pretty big box compared to other restaurants. i tried some of his tempura, which was fresh and crispy. service was good — got a little slow towards the end when it started getting busier, though. prices are decent and food was good. it’s out of the way for a basic sushi place, but i’d stop by again if i was in the area.

Sushi Time is one of those places I go to during lunch because it’s right down the street from my work. It’s convenient, the food is fine, and the service is good. They mostly draw me in when I’m craving those typical American favorites: Crunch Roll, Dynamite, a simple CA roll, etc. I usually just pick up a teriyaki chicken plate b/c there’s so much it food it comes with. Quantity wins again…
