Honestly this is one of the worst Starbucks. I come here because it is close to work. Seems every time I go, I get a barista who is grumpy and lacks any friendly customer service. There are two or three there who are awesome and I enjoy speaking with. But the others need to learn how to smile.

There are so many things wrong with this location. Bad service, unfriendly employees who spend their whole time talking to each other (ever heard of customer service?), only half-​and-​half is put out, they think pouring out some of my venti Americano when I tell them for the third time I want extra room is ok (I wanted 4 shots for a reason). This one is basically bad on all levels. Avoid it and go to the one on 17th and Tustin just a block away.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. Small but definitely less crowded than other locations. Wireless charging is available here too, which is convenient!

Too small and crowded inside and slow staff. Order ahead doesn’t help since they tell you «you ordered at the other store» but then they find my order and just put it in line. 12 min waiting for a drink! Don’t have time for that!

I love this location (one of my favorites). They’re fast, accommodating and friendly! I love using my mobile order app (can customize my order!), as busy this place can be I don’t have to wait in line.

Great customer service! I bought Via Instant from Costco and there is one packet that is bad. I brought it to this store and explained that I already emailed Starbucks and I was told to bring it to a store for an exchange. The exchange was easy and I got a whole box of 12 packets to replace one bad packet. That is pretty good customer service to me!

I come into this Starbucks almost everyday and I’ve noticed especially today and in the last 3 months that the customer service and attitudes in here are horrible, almost like you are interrupting them by ordering a coffee. These kids need to learn customer service or they are not going to last very long at any job. Starbucks needs to re train they’re employees.

Usually this place is fairly decent. But the last couple times I’ve been here, the girls in the morning are so cranky. Which I get to an extent cause it’s early, but dang. Sorry I’ve inconvenienced you by coming into your place of business.

Service is terrible here. Another customer and I waited over 10 minutes (I know that’s nothing but this is a review) for our hot drinks while the barista made cold drink after cold drink for customers who came in after us. There was no explanation or apology. It was only 6:15 am. I can’t imagine how bad it must get when they’re busy.

Nice and quiet shopping center. The Starbucks is very small and dark but the baristas are all very efficient and personable. Same Starbucks selection of food. Really good parking (with shade) as well.

This Starbucks is a bit small and has a weird layout. It is right off the freeway and on the way to my grandma’s house, so I always hit it up before a visit. Convenience is key, and this is a great spot for a quick get in, get out. They make pretty consistent drinks, BUT they never have the NF milk out. ALWAYS have to ask for it. Don’t like having to ask.

The owner of this Starbucks needs to take a good hard look at how filthy dirty this place is. They need to take a hot, soapy mop to the entire floor, leather furniture, tables & glass windows! It’s completely gross
Yuck. There was literally a rotting banana peel in the dust balls in the corner near where I was sitting.

This location really does have exceptionally poor service. The baristas were very overwhelmed and weren’t taking the time to make items correctly. When patrons complained their drinks were made incorrectly, there were no apologies and the patrons were treated poorly. Whomever is managing here either needs to up their staff or retrain or both.

Pros: Super Easy Access to the 17th Street Fwy 55 Exit. Easy On and Off again with this freeway exit. Probably its most stellar feature.
This is a perfectly fine Starbucks. The coffee is just what you can regularly expect from the Starbucks chain.
The space is a kind of awkward layout. That’s not their fault per se. It’s just what they have in the space they’ve got.
When the weather is warm, you can sit at a table or two outside.
It used to be that Starbucks stores were exceptionally nice. They were nice cafes. This location just doesn’t have any of that feel to it. But your coffee will be perfectly fine.

I love Starbucks, just not this one, the girls that work here are so lazy and rude and hardly have items I want, like today the birthday cake frap. Really !! A new item and they ran out of cream base and didn’t even offer a alternative. Too may times bad service I had to leave a review this time. This location is close to my home, and unfortunetly Starbucks employees think their the sh. t and feel they don’t have to offer good customer service because starbucks is so popular and high rated. Have to give props the the one guy thats here, he is so nice and helpful and should be the one interacting instead of making drinks. Oh I ordered 4 drinks and they didn’t even have the carrier said they ran out … Oh my gosh !!! And she acted like I was asking for something unreasonable .
Avoid this location if possible or starbucks hire people that care or at least nice !!
Deserves a zero star !!! Worst Starbucks ever !! This is the one in Marshals shopping center.

Morning staff at 04:30 sucks, first off they were not busy. Second, I waited patiently 10 minutes for my drink only to have it made incorrectly. I had asked for light caramel and normally I don’t complain about a lil extra but they put gobs of it. I told the barista and she grabs a spoon and scoops it off and asks,“is that enough?” Wow, I will never stop coming to Starbucks because I need my caffeine fix but I’m definitely not coming back to this one that early.

This starbucks is mediocre and here’s why:
–The location itself is very small and when the line get’s long, there’s really no where else for you to go but out the door
–It’s located on the corner so backing out of the parking spaces can be super tough especially with incoming traffic
–They forget to write your name on the cups so at times your drink could be left sitting as they’ve finished it and you wouldn’t even realize it because they didn’t say your name
–The employee’s talk A LOT to each other in the midst of helping customers which is rude and only slows down the process
–At times the employee’s even socialize way too much with the customers
In a nut shell, the location sucks, the place is small and the staff isn’t so great. The could use some improvements.
