Great relaxing spot and low key. Owner is very into the business and personable with all the customers who walk through her door. Prices are reasonable but the customer service is where it’s at. I’ll definitely be returning!

By far one of the best hookah lounges in Orange County! The service is superb and the tobacco is of prime quality and the ambience just sets it all. Whoever I bring ends up loving the place because of amazing owners that work there, they make sure to attend to everyone and is very considerate of their customers’ needs. Recommend ¹⁰⁄₁₀ for

I really love this place. The girl that works there was very helpful. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. If you want a place to chill and chat with friends this is it!

Have to say that this place is amazing and treat you like a boss. Always asking if your doing ok, every 30mins and gives a sense of support to their clients. I enjoy coming here because they actually care about you when you open their door. The music is calm and peaceful loud enough to communicate with your friend without having to scream. Also, the couches are super comfy and you can spread out and lay down with reasonable, of course. If you need a place to hangout and chill with buddies and have time to spare. This is the place to be. I have to see another hookah bar as clean and nice as this one.

Arguably my favorite hookah joint in Orange County as of now. Everything just falls right into place: the atmosphere, hookah, music, and service. All four of these elements have been consistent every time that I’m here.
Although they serve Starbuzz and Al-​Fakher flavors, what grabs my attention and business is the house mixes that they offer. My personal favorite is the Sex Wax since it’s always easy to smoke and doesn’t burn faster like other mixes. I definitely recommend it if you like peach and tropical flavors in your hookah. Palmz does also have coffee, tea, and your usual sodas available to go with your smoking session. Usually the joint doesn’t get too crowded and the music they play varies from hip-​hop to EDM. Unlike other hookah lounges, I am actually able to talk to my friends instead of yelling over music blasting through the airwaves. Palmz is very welcoming and it’s a comfortable atmosphere where you can lounge and lay on pillows so come with your significant other or friends. The service here is great, Tracie always comes by and makes sure we are having a good time and that the coals for the hookah are being changed at the right time. Keep it up guys, will be visiting very soon.

I often go here for hookah.
The staff is really friendly, and once you have come here even just a couple of times… It begins to feel like home.
They have couches everywhere with pillows, and its a darker atmosphere.
Which makes it super cozy.
You can bring friends, a boyfriend/​girlfriend…

I have spent hours here chatting and smoking.

Sorry! But go in and try it.
The prices are not bad especially when hookah everywhere is going to be a tad pricey.
But the staff is super attentive and gives you new coals often so you are definitely getting bang for your buck.
And you get a discount when you check in on Unilocal.
Which is awesome. :)
Also, on Mondays lately they’ve been having movie night.
They also give out popcorn sometimes during it for free.
A really nice gesture of them.

I went and it was my first time ever trying hookah! The overall experience was amazing. The owner was working and she was awesome! She was so friendly to me and friend. It was such a chill vibe, the people there were super cool. The price is great too! I’m totally making this my go-​to spot! She was also super helpful! Recommend

Love this place. It’s super clean, good vibes and awesome owners! Always good hookah and good music. If your down for a chill night this is your place best flavor to get is called Sex Wax super smooth flavor.

Love this lounge! Tracie and Chantal are awesome and always welcoming. Some friends and I discovered this place because we wanted to have a regular hookah lounge, We Found It. The hookahs are always on point and coals frequently replaced. The lounge itself is nicely decorated, very comfortable, and they play good music. These women know what they’re doing.

Update: can I give this place more stars? Tracie and Chantal are ahhhhmazing! Prices are definitely not expensive, worth my drive, very friendly owners, great hookah, Mondays night movies and FREE popcorn, Wednesdays game night… lots of restaurants around so grab a bite and get your butt here for a nice relaxing recap ;)

This place is awesome! Grey variety of flavors and impeccable service. Both owners did a great job designing this hookah lounge to make sure it’s a great atmosphere. Most hookah places are dirty, smelly and don’t give good service. I will be back for sure! This is exactly what Tustin needed. Keep up the good work Palmz family!

The only reason why this is getting two stars is because of the good music the place played. Other than that, horrible, and I mean horrible, service. One of the owners straight up ignored my friend because he was asking for «too many refills.» Their policies are horrible. The other co-​owner made us order four hookahs because we were a group of 11. And if you have an odd group number (5,7,9, etc), you have to pay an extra fee. Also, even non-​smokers must pay a fee. We were there for about two hours, and got kicked out. I paid a total of $ 9 for only ordering a Coke and not smoking at all. Such a rip off. Don’t give these people your money. They are so uncommitted to their customers; trust me.

My husband and I went to Palmz on ²⁄₂₇ after reading reviews on Unilocal and they were all spot on. We went on a Saturday night and it was pretty packed naturally. Chantal took our number and told us 20 minutes and we were seated after about 10 minutes of waiting, I would much rather have a wait overestimated than underestimated. Once we were seated, Chantal gave us some recommendations after asking what we flavors we normally like and Tracie came back around to take our orders. She brought the hookah very quickly and I was honestly surprised at how long the hookah lasted us. From my previous experiences, you need to get new tobacco after 45 minutes or so.
Tracie and Chantal came around frequently to maintain the hookah, bring new coals, general awesome customer service-​try. Both were extremely personable and made the experience so much better with their friendly and kind personalities. We could tell that many of the people there were definitely repeat customers. I am really looking forward to coming back to Palmz again.

Really good hookah lounge to go to if ya want good music and good vibes. Staff was friendly and checked up on us often. We went on a game night so there was alot to do besides just hookah. Flavor was pretty good, the menu wasnt anything out of the ordinary but the staff was very good about checking on our coal and making sure our tobacco was hitting well. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to hookah with chill vibes any day of the week

This was my first time at a hookah lounge. I have never expected a hookah lounge to be so clean.
This place is right across from Gen Korean Barbeque and a few doors down 7 leaves. I was excited that 7 leaves was close by since I can get a drink after or something.
I came here with a group of 4 friends. We were seated pretty quickly and the girls who works here are very nice. They took our order and brought out our hookah, they give us the tips for each of us and I liked that! Sanitary (: We picked 2 flavors and we all liked the sex wax and skittles a lot. The sex wax tasted more like a fruity flavor and skittles was like the candy.
I enjoyed hookahing with my friends and it was fun! Our bill came out to be $ 45 and it was not bad for us to split. I’ll definitely come back again.

They have great customer service. They allow the guest to seat themself and then they come to you so they can take your order. They are not pushy to get you to pay first and are very sweet.
One time I bought coals from them and they didn’t have the brand I wanted so they offered me the coals at a discounted rate.

Last night was my first time here at palmz. There are two young beautiful female workers there always on top of everything. There coffee & hookah was AMAZING! !!! came from LA cause it was recommend and I will be returning.

Atmosphere: Casual.
Comfy couches and pillows lining the walls.
Favorite Item: There’s a house mix that is fruity and minty that is mixed perfect every time.
I love Palmz, the owners are so helpful and kind. Also has great custom mixes along with a great environment.

Tonight I took my other half to 2 hookah lounges and they literally were not the kind you could go to and feel comfortable at. Caspian had literally nobody to come seat us at the hookah area and at the Ivy that’s down the street from Palmz, the only people there were literally the owners friends… So of course we decide to go to Palmz again and we weren’t disappointed.
We walk in, are greeted and showed a seat under 1 minute. The people who come here are very laid back, in their own world, the environment is so welcoming and relaxing, I’ve been here twice by myself and never felt uncomfortable or awkward.
The staff are very precise on coals and checking up with customers. Sultana is like that too but what makes it different is the smoothness, Palmz is so smooth and Sultana’s can get harsh kinda quick.
