It’s hard to say anything new about this, or any In-N-Out. They have an amazing level of consistency that is certainly the result of hiring employees at the top of the«fast food chain,» paying them good wages and training them to do their jobs well. Luckily there’s a huge parking lot for the drive through line to circle around and they do come out and take the orders if the line gets too long. It’s sometimes faster to inside if there’s not too many dine-in patrons. While it’s easy to say: the line is out there… just start dropping a couple dozen burgers and a cubic yard of fries, that really would go against their make it to order philosophy and I do think that the food quality would suffer in the process so I do think they’re doing it the right way.

Love this store and their food. You know it’s good by the long lines. What’s really cool is you can wait in the drive thru 20 cars deep and never be in someone’s way. I should note, it’s 20 cars deep because they are that damn good! That’s what a hamburger is all about!

Totally messed up my order. Didn’t add the Onions I ordered. Also missing the chopped chilies I ordered. What the heck. Made order around 8:45pm today. Really annoyed.

Located at the Market Place Tustin, this In & Out is quite easy to locate thanks to the helpful signs posted all over the place. Plus, you can’t really miss it once you exit off Jamboree if you just look for their famous colors of yellow & red. This particular location has a spacious drive through so it’s easy to drive over to the correct side where the line starts and then someone with a portable ordering system will walk up to your window(while you wait) and take your order. Honestly, sometimes when you visit In & Out at other locations, just eyeing the drive thru line makes you want to avoid the place; but this one isn’t so bad. When you walk in(2 entrances), the inside dining area is very spacious and even though there is a lot of foot traffic inside, people waiting for food, eating, etc. it doesn’t feel tight and their AC is constantly blasting cold air so you don’t get the icky confined space feeling. Menu is simple, clean and easy to order off of. Restrooms are to the immediate right hand side with a couple of stalls for each gender — also clean for public use. After you order, find your seat and wait for your number to be called. Animal style anything costs extra(up to $ 2+ if you add it to the fries). As for me, I’m simple. Simple yummy hamburger — done just right & some crispy fresh fries are all that it takes to make me a happy camper when I crave me some good ‘ol In & Out.

I always have trouble writing something for fast food joints. You’ve eaten at one branch, you’ve eaten at them all, right? Not really. Some really are better than others. And of the numerous In N’ Out’s I’ve tried, this stop in the Marketplace is one of the better ones. No matter what day or what time, I’ve always enjoyed my sandwich here. They get the animal style cheeseburger with peppers and whole grilled onions right every time. It’s always been cooked properly, the fries have always been just fine, and the staff has always been nice.

In-N-Out is such a treat. The lengthy drive throughs. The long wait. It’s all worth it. I guess everyone has their own signature style of ordering. Mine’s a hamburger with grilled onion and chopped chilis.

Today I got terrible food poisoning, so I decided to call in and let them know. I told them I threw away 75% of the food because it tasted off(my burger was sour?, the spread on my animal fries had a weird film over the top, etc) even after I spent 45 minutes waiting in their drive thru. All the customer service agent was worried about saying was how she didn’t think it was possible I had food poisoning already since I ate it 5 hours ago and how everything they handle is fresh, blah blah blah. She not once said«sorry» or «feel better». What kind of service is that? I’m so irritated(and sick)!!!

I’m an OC native so of course I’m OBSESSED with In-N-Out. I always get the cheeseburger with grilled onions, light spread, and add pickles. I also get fries and Neapolitan shake or pink lemonade if I’m not feeling a shake. This meal feels like home.

Didn’t smile not greet. Couldn’t see the menu and kept getting our order wrong. Getting the order wrong is not that bad to me but no greeting no smile ! Wtf he sounded like it drained him to even speak! Ughhh looking for a closer in & out next time, not giving my money anymore to Irvine el Camino store

After a long day at work, there is only one place that can satisfy my hunger. I love a good In-N-Out Burger especially this location. It’s been at the Tustin Market Place for years! But the quality of the food stays the same, Delicious! Try and get here at a non-peak hours the lines will be a bit shorter that way.

Ate in for a change, and the line drives me bat-$#it crazy. The lack of organization in the front cashier area needs to be fixed. So many people standing around waiting for their food, getting confused for being in line leads to chaos. So many people cutting, etc. Get some tape on the floor to create lines or something! Their food is always consistent. No complaints about taste, but it’s slow sometimes. More seating would be nice too.

I have been ordering my burger the same way ever since I tried In-N-Out for the first time in fourth grade. I’m not a fan of their thousand island sauce spread(I get condemned for this all the time), so I just ask to substitute it with ketchup and mustard. The service has always been fast and friendly. But sometimes the preparation isn’t consistent. For example, sometimes the bun is toasted really well, and other times, it’s not toasted at all. Or, the fries are well done, or too soggy. Also, if you go during peak lunch or dinner time, there’s always long lines, both inside the restaurant and the drive-thru as well. But the prices are very very fair. I’m craving In-N-Out as I type this.

So recently I have taught my sister how to meal prep and track her macros. Today was her first official cheat meal so we had to celebrate with In n Out of course! This location is usually always busy and there are seldom short lines. That being said, this particular visit was not too crowded. Wait time was acceptable! Similarly to my previous in n out reviews I ordered the Double Single(2×1) protein style — basically a double double with 1 slice of cheese wrapped in lettuce — with a grilled whole onion(Slight in n out hack: D). I also ordered the animal style fries — regular fry — which I seem to prefer most in contrast to extra crispy and light fry. One criticism is that the special spread could have been spread out more evenly. It has become a recurring problem where only about less-than half of the animal style fries are covered with sauce. The double double was delicious, I honestly love protein style since it really allows the ingredients to shine — especially the meat. Service is friendly.

I have always been a fan of In-N-Out. They have the best burgers for a fast food chain. The food actually looks like on the commercials. Everything is fresh and never frozen. All the employees are super friendly, The dining room and restrooms are spotless. The employee uniforms always look brand new. I’m not sure if it’s true but I hear if they stain their clothes they change into a new one. I get goofy orders all the time. Two animal style 4X4’s, animal fries. As you can see from my picture, I made a 12X12. I ordered a 4X4, and two 4X4’s protein style. I put them together to make a 12X12. My next visit I want a 16X16. Whenever you go to any In-N-Out they are extremely busy. They are well staffed and before you know it your hot fresh burger is ready. This location is nice because of the large parking lot.

It’s in n out! Everyone knows it’s good! Their 3×2(3 parties and 2 cheese) is delicious! I always get it with grilled onions, chopped up chilis, and extra toasted bun. Yes you can do all that, you just have to ask. There’s a lot you can do with your burger if you ask!

Can’t go wrong with in-n-out! I’ve been coming to this location for yrs and my only complaint is that the drive thru wait and layout is horrendous. If you’re going to park, stay away from the main parking lot because if the drive thru line gets backed up, you’ll be stuck and unable to back out. Park near the Best Buy and walk across to prevent getting stuck. And now accepting AMEX! Yay!

In-N-Out Burger’s reputation has long extended past our California borders as illustrated from a contractor I was working with from Chicago and another one from China. When they first landed from the airport and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat, they both chimed, «I want to try this In-N-Out Burger I’ve been hearing about…». Burgers are broken up in a few main categories: fast food, greasy spoon, frozen, restaurant, and high end restaurant(and everything else inbetween). Let’s face it, In-N-Out is a fast food hamburger, so I cringe when I hear people compare apples to oranges such as «how does In-N-Out compare to a Houston’s Burger or a burger from the Claimjumper?». But that’s human nature isn’t it? Making comparisons, even when they don’t make logical sense. Heck, I do it all the time. But for the sake of this review, I compare In-N-Out to other fast food joints like McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Carl’s, and local fast food spots such as Imperial Burger, Paul’s Place, Harry’s Place, Tom’s, and many others. In terms of pure value, meaning what you get for the price, you simply cannot beat In-N-Out. It’s a good burger with good flavor and it’s extremely affordable. Nothing is frozen here and you won’t ever see a microwave or heat lamps at any location. It’s still a family-owned restaurant and they are sticklers about this one detail. In-N-Out succeeds by doing one thing really well, serving fresh, made-to-order hamburgers, french fries, and malts /shakes for a very good price. You won’t find extras here like bacon, mushrooms, chicken, or avocados. You can get extra hot peppers or extra spread if you ask, you can also get extra anything that’s on their menu such as cheese, pickles, grilled onions, etc. My personal favorite here is a 3×3 mustard fried with toasted buns and extra pickles and extra mustard and extra spread. Like most In-N-Out locations, this one gets really busy. But what I do like about this place is that if you go during peak lunch or dinner hours, they have extra staff there to ensure you’re not waiting too long. I was in a long line of 21 cars today and I got my food under 10 minutes. A year ago it would have taken about 20 plus minutes. They’ve really nailed it down as far as getting the drive through line moving at noon. They use real potatoes for their french fries and they make them fresh, constantly. However, they are just okay. I like to spice them up with flavor by getting them animal style, sometimes with extra cheese on top. I prefer fries from other places, though. I give this In-N-Out 4 stars because they’re really good here. There are several reasons why I don’t give them 5 stars: first, they don’t have some basic options that I think would give more variety without having to sacrifice speed or operation costs. It would be nice if I could get mushrooms, bacon, or avocado with my burgers. It would also be cool if they experimented with different things such as offering a chilli burger, offering onion rings, or seasoned fries. Now, if they could just offer some craft beer…(I know, I know, it’s not that kind of venue)…

I love In N Out, especially this location! They’re nice, efficient and they’ve never messed up my orders. I’ve been here when they begin to open and are about to close, drive thru can be a breeze if you come at the right time. I don’t have any complaints at this location, the drive thru entrance and exit definitely work and the large parking isn’t terrible when it’s rush hour. Maybe I’ve had a sloppy animal fry here once but I shrugged and munched on. Also, if you want a burger and a taco, Taco Bell is next door to satisfy your cravings too!

Seriously! I ordered a number 1 and the meat was pink. I was going to ask for well done but I assumed my burger would at least be cooked. Pretty gross. I have the receipt and pictures as well.

In-N-Out never fails. Delicious food, fast service, friendly employees. What more can you ask for?! This particular location is my go-to because it’s close to my apartment. But let’s be honest here, if the closest In-N-Out was 30 minutes away, I’d still drive there. Weekends are busy, but the wait will be worth it :) They’re open until 1:30AM, so this place is perfect for your midnight munchies!
