I have been to Johanne’s twice and I love her! She is so down to earth and easy to talk to. She’s super flexible and will text you the day before to confirm your appointment, if you can’t make it no big deal, she is easy to reschedule with. The first time I was pretty nervous since it had been a few years since the last time I got waxed. The second time was a breeze and I was shocked we were done so quickly. She keeps you talking so you forget what’s going on and you’re out of there in 20 minutes. I highly recommend her, you won’t regret it.

I’ve been going to Johanne for a few years now, and absolutely love her. Waxing is usually a scary (depending where…), uncomfortable, and generally awkward experience. Johanne definitely makes the whole experience a lot more comfortable and easy. I appreciate her scheduling flexibility, her always making me feel welcomed, comfortable, and at ease, and her professionalism.

I have so much fun here! Johanne is amazing, she’s like my therapist. She makes me feel so comfortable when she waxes me, she’s fast and makes the waxing not even hurt. She is willing to work with my schedule all the time, even late night appointments. I’ve been with her for over a year and a half! Our relationship is still going strong! And I will continue to follow her!

I have been going to Johanne for my eyebrows and bikini waxes since she worked for EWC. Eyebrow shaping is definitely her specialty and I do not trust anyone else! I’ve had her shape them, gone elsewhere for just a cleanup when I can’t get in with her… BIG MISTAKE! She has both hard and soft wax, depending on your preference, and wax for different types of hair so she can customize her wax for each client. Makes you feel special! She almost always has some kind of deal going on, so make sure you ask for it!
