I selected AGILE Remodelers to sell me and install a Quiet Cool Whole House Fan last year. I had received quotes from three different approved Quiet Cool suppliers and AGILE had the best price. My attic was inspected by Eric V and he also provided me with the quote. I provided the down payment, signed an electronic document and has the fan ordered. The fan arrived and Junior the Technician came to install it. He was a little confused because he had not seen a dual fan provided by Quiet Cool(I ordered the Stealth Pro 6.5) and advised me that he needed to cut out a smoke detector to install my fan. I asked him if he was a licensed electrician and said he was not. I asked him to leave and return with a licensed electrician. AGILE determined that they needed to send out a Tech that was experienced with the dual fans so they were trying to get a contractor to do the work. Stephanee was coordinating everything behind the scenes and contracted with Dustin Nabors to do the work. Fortunately, no smoke detectors needed to be cut out. Dustin’s Tech identified that the wrong fan switch was in the box(switch for a single fan). I advised him to install it and will sort it out later since I had already been waiting for one month. The fan was installed to «off» and«full throttle» positions. The fan was installed and operated as expected. Dustin came personally after the correct switch was found and everything worked great. I had had many warranty questions for Stephanee and she was great. She got me all the information that I needed and in a timely manner. Although I hit some bumps in the road with this install I commend AGILE for giving the best price, getting someone with the experience to do the install and making sure I was taken care of on the back-end. It was a long wait but ended up with a superior product and am glad I purchased the Quiet Cool.
