I would have gave it 3 stars if it hadn’t been for our waiter Garrett. All the staff was awesome except him. He was more interested in flirting with the hostess than helping. We sat without drinks until I asked another waiter to help us. Hot foods equals cold drinks Garrett! Overall it’s an ok place and has been remodled recently.

I placed a to-​go order for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The person who took my order was helpful and very pleasant. The wings and fries were great. I think its a little pricey, but i guess you’re also paying for the atmosphere.

Placed an order to go and love the food but my Chicken Caesar salad came with no dressing… Not about to make the roundtrip to go back and get some. Very disappointed.

Decent food, good service.
Horrible televisions. All of the TV’s are 2 or 3 generations out of date. Lots of smaller TV’s with wide bezels — LCDs, not LEDs. Fuzzy low-​rez pictures. And the really large screens are ancient projection TVs with washed out images. I’m not making this up — its 2015 and they still have projection televisions. Change the name to Wild Wings Tech Museum. For a national chain sports bar to have such miserable tech is inexcusable.

Don’t go there… Be afraid… Be very afraid! My stomach is still a bit queasy from the experience.
Unquestionably the worst food I’ve eaten out that I can recall – and I have a long memory! We had 2 chopped chicken salads. The crunchy stuff arriving in plastic baggies on the side of the plate should have been a warning… I «think» they were supposed to be candied pecans. Whatever they were they had an awful aftertaste that was about the only flavorful part of the salad. We would have told our waitress, but she was like the bacon that was supposed be on our salad – not there or incredibly well hidden.

If you want soggy chicken wings with the skin falling off go here. I had some chicken wings here on wing night Tuesday. Might I say the wings were far below par. They were soggy, stale and the sauce was less than sparse. Even further, the skin was hanging off of the wings like a slice wound. Disgusting. I ordered six Parmesan garlic and six medium. They originally got my order wrong and gave me spicy garlic instead. Though they did fix my order, it appeared as if they simply wiped the sauce off of the wings and and put new sauce on it. While this might not be exactly what happened I say this because the skin was hanging off, if even existent.

Special shout out to Kim the hostess who took my order over the phone for being such a &@$?! And purposely delaying my order until an hour and 45 minutes. Not because there was a wait at all. But so we would have cold food because she was mad I still wanted to place an order after she named an outrageous wait time. Sorry I bothered to be a customer. Ghetto, rude, hoodrat service. Will not go back! Do NOT waste your money here!!! I wish I could give negative stars. Our food was too cold to enjoy. We drove all the way out there only to get home to cold fries, cold wings, hot ranch, no celery, and a sloppy cheeseburger missing toppings down to even the cheese. Piss poor excuse for a bdubs! Corporate needs to investigate this rathole.
You just lost two customers and all our friends will know how terrible this place is. Wingzone it is!

Sorry guys, but I had a bad experience here in the food and service quality aspects during lunch today. I came here several years ago for boneless wings and was not impressed. I decided to give it another chance today… and was equally let down. It should not take 70 minutes to turn over a table of 3 with a simple order! I could only recommend this location as a place to meet up and drink. Need to see some more effort from this chain to effect a better rating.

I’ve been to several Buffalo Wild Wings across the country. Food is usually ok but today at this location it was awful. Luckily the manager agreed & promised to make the necessary changes so it wouldn’t happen again. Service was good and is what saved this review from being a 1-​star. Hopefully the next time I’m in t-​town things will be the way they should be.

Probably my favorite restaurant in T-​town! Absolutely love the food and all the different sauces! My two favorites would have to be the Asian zing sauce and the teriyaki sauce. Definitely need to go here if you’re ever in T-​town!

This is the best Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been too. Food was hot and fresh and the staff was very attentive and helpful. Probably my favorite place in Tuscaloosa that we went to.

really good, generic, chain sports bar/​wings joint/​family restaurant kind of place. Once again, I wish that Unilocal had a half-​star option but here, I am giving the benefit to BWW and going with 4 stars.
The food is reliably good. The service has always been good.
Comfortable atmosphere, lots of tvs, video trivia games, daily specials, etc.
At the end of the day, nothing that they do is in and of itself exceptional… but, BWW Tuscaloosa does everything really well.
