I worked with Meg at All-​American Self Storage to secure a climate-​controlled unit for the summer for my daughter’s college apartment items. I called from MA and reserved a unit based on my description of what we had in the apt to store. Meg helped determine the size unit we needed and nailed it. She was professional, detail-​oriented, nice, and made me feel like I was her only customer and followed through with emails, confirmations, reminders, etc.
I was more than happy to have used this service and would recommend them to anyone who asks.
If only every customer service person had these skills, passion, & work ethic!

They have gone above and beyond to get me moved into a climate controlled unit. They just moved me from a second story unit to a first floor unit so I could get my stuff into the unit easier! Very friendly staff, highly recommended!
